Horrible, horrible food. The order was wrong, and even if it wasn’t, the food I received was nasty and dripping grease. The nuggets were literally breaded grease balls that dripped down my chin when I bit it. The fries were soggy and floppy and didn’t have a grain of salt on them. The burger was the wrong burger I ordered and I could tell that the 2 patties on there were cooked at different times. One was hard and dry and chewy, the other was squishy and soggy and fell apart. The toppings on the burger were wrong. Even the drink I ordered was watered down and disgusting. I’ve never been so disgusted by a Wendy’s, and I honestly feel like I would have rather given the $10 to charity than spent it on food for me, because at least then it would’ve done something good for my heart. There was NOTHING good about this experience.

My mother ordered 5 5 for 5 biggie bag combos. All other Wendy’s put them in individual bags. No this place just 2. So wonder why both bags ripped by time she got home. The stuffed in bags. Looks very unappealing. Half filled. Some in bottom of bags or wondering if lost from holes. Then ordered sandwiches with add lettuce tomatoe and mayo. Some had only lettuce tomatoe and mayo others were regular. Wholey mess from start. Looks like something from thrash not something that cost 28 dollars. I would have asked for money back or remade. But never going back. Too many problems. Given them too many chances.

The lady who took the order up sized my drinks without asking if I wanted medium, She waved us off when trying to ask for a receipt, fries were very slim. & It was literally no communication after taking payment. I will not return to this location. Ppl should communicate with customers

They fill the drinks with ice THAT YOU PAY FOR but don’t even fill them up fully. Drinks are pricey considering I could go by a 2L but I come to restraints for convenience and use my own money.
Takes forever with food
Most food is not fresh. Fries sit longer than they’re suppose to and when you have a timer and co time to let fries sit… why even ad fresh fries lol. Employees are t that nice on top of everything else. Always a bad experience or wrong food or rushed food thrown together and wrapped

The staff was friendly and more pleasant than many I have frequented.
The Asiago Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal was good as normal. A bit more dry than normal but still not a bad meal.
Was disappointed when I arrived to eat it and not one package of catsup was provided. Nor was there any napkins.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! They take forever tonget your food out to you. You’d think that the food would at least be fresh if you wait 20 minutes for it! NOPE… Fries were old and the chicken sandwiches were hard as a rock. If you expect less than bottom of the barrel save yourself the trip.

So… I ordered what is depicted in the first two pictures but instead got what was in the third picture. I know there is supposed to some minor differences, but they must of thought, “it’s close enough.” That made this a three star, what makes it a one star which should really zero stars is the fact that the two orders before mine were wrong, not because the person at the register, inputted incorrectly, the person making the sandwiches had attitude and said she thought what she was making was correct. For a good five minutes they argued about why the orders were wrong. The one at the register looked over the order and it was inputted correctly and mentioned to the person making the sandwiches, “didn’t you read this?” Instead of apologizing for messing up the order to the person at the register or the customers, the person making the sandwiches just expressed a lot of bad attitude, as if it wasn’t their fault. This left the one at the register, standing in front of the customers, apologizing. They remade the sandwiches which is a good thing. The bad thing is that they didn’t make new ones. An order of four doubles only had two doubles and two singles and they just opened up all of them, looked through the buns, and slid an extra patty into the missing ones. A kids meal where the mother specifically said a hamburger with nothing on it, she said “bun, meat, bun” and the burger person still messed that up. So of course for myself and everyone behind me, we were thinking to ourselves, “how are they going to mess up our order?” I feel bad for the cars waiting in the drive thru, arriving at their destination, only to find out that their order was hosed up, looking like a soup sandwich.
