I went to this McDonald’s while trying to collect the BTS toys that came out in 2025. Michael and Jack were extremely helpful and kind. I was quite surprised by their kindness— it’s not something you see often at fast food places. Thanks for being such nice people!!

I am a worker of a McDonald’s too,
and I went to this restaurant to order my food to the register (at 8:30pm approximately today 12/21/25). First things first, there was a worker laying on the counter where the food is placed unprofessionally, and rude. I managed to hear a name, which was Amir. I don’t know if it was this guy, but because of his facial traits, he looked Indian ethnicity. (I am so sorry if not and for my assumptions) Here is why he is unprofessional: I asked him if he was taking orders, he responded by: “yes, or you can use the kiosk if you want.” (I don’t do this at my restaurant, I take their orders politely. By the way, I am 15 years old, this gentleman looks like an adult, he should be better than me at costumer service.) he said this while he was still laying on the counter waiting for his co-worker for whatever he was doing. I personally was not satisfied with this costumer service. I ordered my food, and I waited. I also went there because I was thirsty and I needed some water, so I ordered a large cup of water. This time, the other co-worker asked very politely if we were ordering. I told him “no, but could I have a large cup of water, please”. The gentleman was confused by my request which was odd because in the McDonalds like mine there is usually water but in this one I don’t see any. He gave me the cup and said “it’s on the house” which still was odd but because water is free either way, still this was really nice and that’s why I didn’t marked this a ONE star! I was confused by this because in my McDonalds we give out tap water for free depending on the size they ask for. The food was done really fast. But, My dad told me that where was his drink? so I went and asked the same guy that was rude to me and told him, “oh, we’re missing a medium Coke”. He told me, “oh yes that’s because the other worker gave you the large size cup.” Obviously I was confused because the large cup was for the water that I requested which was free, and by the way there was no water, so I got myself iced tea. I told him this and I explained him why I had this drink, but he didn’t care and told me, “but that’s not water,” I, said “yes because you guys don’t have water. Can I have the Coke that’s on the order?” He said, “OK but I have to charge you for another drink” And I was like, “oh, but this one is the one I asked because water is free, but you guys don’t have water, and the other worker told me that it was on the house, so what’s the problem?” He still insisted to charge me and said “ yea but I still have to charge you for another drink” which didn’t make any sense at all. Lastly, he didn’t care so he still charged me. I honestly Didn’t like this customer service because not only he did not care for my justification which was right and It was Not my fault because the drink was on the house like the other co-worker said, but because the nonsense and unnecessary and unprofessional way that this worker treated me and acted like. Very bad compared to his co-worker, which had a band-Aid so it’s better detailed who were working this day.

Staff is extremely rude, especially the guy with the blue hair and the older lady with the shoulder length curly hair. I also work in the fast food industry and I’m appalled by this behavior. If I spoke to any of my customers the way they did, I would be in trouble with my boss. I understand it’s a late night shift and some people can be aggravating, but I was genuinely speechless hearing them speak to customers. I used to like coming to this McDonalds but once I had my first interaction with the guy that has blue hair, I’ve avoided coming here. I’ve had about 3-4 interactions with him and only once was decent. Some of the workers in the back did not have their hair up or in a hat, I’ve had problems with getting the wrong drink, etc. The attitude and unfriendliness of the staff is enough for me to stop coming here all together. It’s a shame that grown adults working a minimum wage job are extremely nasty, they’re bad examples to the younger employees. I hope you find kinder employees.

Stopped in for lunch with friend service was excellent as usual. It is so nice to see how the young workers are so respectful. While sitting and eating the manager came over to ask if he could get us anything. Such a nice gesture that usually does not happen at a fast food restaurant.
The store is kept very clean as soon as customer leaves a worker comes to clean the area. Thank you for a pleasant lunch

I just came through the drive thru around 7:50. The first window had a kid there not making eye contact. I figured it was closed. I sat there for a good few minutes with no communication from the worker. I decided to pull up. Another man yelled at me for skipping the window. Instead of being professional, he tried to intimidate me. Once I gave him my card he had an attitude and made this face when he gave it back to me. Very rude. I understand I did something wrong but there was no reason for the employee to react like that. We all make mistakes. This happened today 12/6/2025 around 7:50pm. I wish I got his name but he had his hair in a braid. The other guy next to him was much nicer. Please give that guy a raise.

We are very disappointed we ordered two happy meals and they came without toys. I gave two very upset boys who were waiting all day for they meals this not a happy this is a sad meal

Their drive-through is just absolutely horrible. Anytime I came to pick up my order from this place. That is the closest one to my house is impossible. It takes so long to give a service. They just not a fast food. They are slow food.

My order was taken 2 times at drive though and 4 times inside when I asked for help with the wrong order. it only consisted of two things. Manager Elizabeth is super rude and acted like a smartass and had her other employee who was also rude. This place is so unprofessional what can you expect from a McDonald’s though right

Store manager Steve! Is awesome! I had a wonderful pleasant experience with him. I had an issue with my rewards on the app and he was very helpful! He’s friendly helpful and caring towards his customers and staff. I can’t say enough great things about him! Go here don’t go to the rest he’s the best!
