But what really shines is the food. The seafood dishes are an explosion of flavors and textures. The staff’s attention was also exceptional, always willing to recommend and explain the dishes.
I can’t wait to come back and try more of their delights. Highly recommended!
*Highlights:*
– Impressive decoration
– Delicious and fresh food
– Excellent service
Honestly, the sauce is not my absolute favorite I have had at seafood restaurants but it still is tasty and the overall experience was great with much better service and sides than other restaurants. I will come back if I’m in the area again!
Tastes fantastic, fresh seafood, great value, never had a problem with the service nor the food.
Very nice to see their price not inflated too much, you can still get the combo or shrimp bag for around $20-40, which can usually feed 2-3.
Recommend Cajun garlic sauce, sides such as clam chowder, which is better than Boudin’s, sweet potato fries, extra sausage & garlic noodles. Everything is on the salty side tho.
Totally, 100%, absolutely recommend.
Also, they have shrimp head-on and head-off options, however… they don’t have a “deveined” option which greatly disappointed me coming from my past experiences at other Cajun boil restaurants in the Bay Area.
Pro: their ultimate power seasoning tasted pretty good but that’s about the only pro I have.
