Blizzard warning and they are still open today.
Restaurant is a little small, we had a baby stroller and it was a little hard to navigate inside the restaurant.
They have dim sum carts strolling around the restaurant. You can tell them what you want and they will put it on your table. Dim sum is not bad but we have had better. However, it is probably one of the better one in NJ.

Not your dad’s Chinese restaurant! This place is step above. Make a reservation, it’s not required, but highly advisable. Call the restaurant directly, it’s easier to get your reservation this way. The menu is big and for good reason there’s a lot to choose from! Service is excellent, all of the staff is ready to help you, even they are not your waiter or waitress. The place does get a little noisy, that’s a sign that everyone is enjoying their meal! Our meals for two including appetizers and tip came out to less than $100. I was even able to bring home leftovers! Highly recommend it!!!

Most of the dim sum were cold. We came 5 mins after opening so having cold food was unexpected.
Some of them also tasted like it was pre packaged and just heated up.
Save yourself the trouble and drive to Qin Dynasty in Parsippany-Troy for more authentic and better food

Schlepped out here for a part road trip, part food adventure experience. Wish I could say the mileage was worth it, but it kinda wasn’t. Then again, I’m from Toronto, where our dim sum is good enough to make the gods cry.
We got all the usual suspects, and the best of the batch was probably the Tripe, Chicken Feet, Spare Ribs in Black Bean Sauce and Rice Rolls / Cheong Fan. The rest were bland and forgettable. And don’t expect fun, unusual or creative dishes–they colored firmly within the lines here.
+1 for giant bowls of tofu dessert soup–one bowl is enough to feed at least three people.

Decent place to grab dim sum in Fort Lee. Loved how they have carts instead of ordering by the menu. It’s not a big restaurant and you definitely have to wait for a table. They do give you an option to share a big table with random people though but we opted to get our own table. We ordered a bunch of items to share and ordered the hot and sour soup off the menu. Service isn’t that great given we had to flag down the staffs a couple of times to find two dishes we wanted which the staff was able to flag down the cart ladies for. Would definitely come back to try the other dishes.

1st time at Aquarius, so delicious. The Chinese food is out of this world because the shrimp lo mein is amazing, shrimp and scallops with vegetables are deliciously great, chicken broccoli are yummy, vegetable and beef fried rice are insanely awesome, steamed dumplings are crunchy, tea is nice and well done! I’ll come back again! Best Asian restaurant and approved.

Good choices to have from an Asian restaurant to have in Fort Lee, New Jersey.

Came here for dimsum with my family and partner. Overall, the food was good, but some of the carts did not pass by the front so we weren’t able to taste some of the dishes we wanted to. Servers hardly came to our table unless we stopped them. It was nice to try this place once, but I would not return.

Made reservation for 7 pm for 22 persons for an event. Arrived 10 minutes early, but had to wait 35 minutes for our table. We pre-selected the menu selections, but was informed that the Restaurant had run-out of the ingredients for several dishes and that we had to make alternative menu selections. The fried fish dish was one of the substituted dishes and had very little or no fish at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the whole experience. WILL NOT RETURN !!!!

Authentic Chinese food in Fort Lee. The food was delicious. Dim sum and vegtable egg rolls were amazing. The Sea Bass in black bean sauce was outstanding! The Chinese broccoli was prepared the best I ever had it. We brought a guest that had a peanut allergy, and the honey chicken had cashews all mixed in. Luckily, we saw it in time. Even though we ordered Lo mein, they brought Chow mein. It was still very good, but I prefer the staff to ensure understanding prior to serving. Especially with allergies. The food was a bit overpriced but delicious. Worth going if you are in Fort Lee.

Food was great! Some of the best Chinese food I’ve had, they have great Dim Sum, but also dishes in general. Very high quality and fresh food. Ate there with my family (we are Chinese and my parents said it was some of the best food they’ve had, so you know it’s good). You can never go wrong with their scallion pancakes, their Peking Duck was amazing. Their beef ribs with black pepper sauce tasted so fresh and very filling, portions are great.
