Grease, Grease, and more Grease!
My husband suggested this place, and I was excited. Who doesn’t love a Funnel Cake? Plus, I didn’t have to wait for a vendor to come to downtown OP!
However, the Funnel Cake was hard and not packaged well. I took a small bite and was done immediately. I inspected the bottom of the Funnel Cake, trying to figure out why it wasn’t tearing easily like a light, fluffy one.
My suggestion is that if a Funnel Cake is taken from hot grease and packaged in styrofoam, some holes should be poked in it. The powdered sugar will come wet and sweaty, and the holes will help it dry out.

Absolutely love this place. I was excited to see another location. I’ve eaten here twice this week once on 18th street and once in Olathe both were phenomenal! Offerings include fresh squeezed juices, homemade ice-cream, funnel cake and more! I come.for the savory side. They even pack your To-go order separated so it doesn’t get soggy!!! Discovered this gem recently and I’m so excited to try more of their foods! I only came for dessert, but was truly impressed by the menu options. The interior is spacious with plenty of seating and the people were friendly. Prices were fair! The banana split I ordered was FIRE. I then ordered a side of fries that came out piping hot and fresh! Ice cream is great, I’ve tried about 10 of their flavors and they all have been good. I would rate Arroz co Leche, Gansito, and Fresa Queso as my top 3. I believe they are low staffed or not trained for high volume orders. It took about 1 hour to get 2 scoops of ice cream which is insane! I feel like there is defective room for improvement on the order processing and customer service. Over all a great place to bring friends or family if you are not in a hurry. They also carry other items like tortas, tamales, and tacos. I would also recommend their natural green juices as they are freshly pressed to order.

I was confused by the setup of the menu. I wanted smoothie but it was sugar free. So I said no bueno. I ordered funnel cake which usually don’t like. The Funnel cake was ok. It took 30 mins to receive it. They need more staff. Some that aware of how items taste. I Only tried one item. The time to get it was ridiculous.
