I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt, especially during the lunch rush, but the other reviewers are right. I placed a pickup order for convenience, and the bowl I received was an absolute mess. It looked like the ingredients were literally thrown at the bowl from across the kitchen with zero care for presentation or portions. To make matters worse, I tried resolving this through ‘Pepper’ and it reached out to corporate weeks ago—zero response, typical. If you won’t fix it privately, I’ll warn others publicly.

I’m giving two stars only because I recognize it’s a busy time of day, but “busy” shouldn’t mean “disaster.” When you’re paying these prices, you expect a meal, not a bowl of soup masquerading as a burrito bowl. It’s clear there’s a systemic issue with management and quality control here. If you’re in a hurry, you might get your food fast here, but don’t expect it to be handled with any care. Management needs to prioritize “quality” alongside “speed” during the rush.

Avoid this place like the plague. 8pm pickup and it’s now 8:30pm and this is how it looks.
And to the owner of this Chipotle – before you copy paste the same reply you’ve done to every reply below. Trust me, I’ll be contacting support regarding this location. I ended up having to cancel my order… 20 minutes of fuel wasted.

We ordered online for delivery. Food showed up 45 minutes later cold and the containers were completely beaten up. Not sure how this happens when the location is a minute away.

Tables all dirty, meat on dishes were disproportionally small. 2 bites and meat was gone. Didn’t want to argue but I’m not paying double for less than a normal portion of meat that this chipotle and others usually give. Food was clearly cross contaminated and sloppy on the other side. Almost no customers in around this time.

The conditions and service during my visit were completely unacceptable. The dining area was dirty, with food and debris visible throughout, and multiple tables were not cleaned. This alone made the environment unpleasant and concerning.

In addition, there was an approximately 35-minute wait in line, despite a full staff being present. The employees working the line moved extremely slowly, showed no sense of urgency, and appeared disengaged. The overall operation felt disorganized and unmanaged.

When I finally received my order, it was incorrect. To make matters worse, the restaurant had no cups available for fountain drinks, and I was ultimately given warm soda, which is unacceptable for a paid beverage.

The behavior and performance of the staff raised serious concerns. There was a clear lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and oversight. From a customer’s perspective, it appeared that there was little to no management present or involved, and no one seemed to care about correcting obvious problems.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had, and I find it hard to understand how this location is being properly managed. I have also written email to Chipotle corporate in hopes that these issues are addressed promptly and taken seriously. The reviews I have reflect that this store continues to operate with no change.

Additionally, the owner suggested that I contact Chipotle through the “Contact Us” page; however, this was already done prior to our interaction, as clearly stated in my original complaint. This response made it evident that my concerns were not fully read or taken seriously.

To the staff working tonight at 7pm you are all rockstar and don’t get paid enough! The lady working the to go orders was a literal super hero, just blowing through those like they were nothing – so pleasant and helpful to get me cilantro free rice, cannot thank you enough. The gentlemen rocking the bar and announcing cash only were so cheerful and upbeat even though you guys were slammed. Extra props to the other lady who bounced around everywhere, rocking the bar then checking the back and checking up on the employees – if you arent the manager (and even if you are) you deserve a promotion. Thank you all of you, you were an outstanding end to a really dramatic day and my sister and I cannot express our gratitude enough.

I’m sorry but this is a disgusting store they’re understaffed the trash is overflowing. The drinks are empty. The silverware is empty. There was no forks. I went to the front and said there is no forks and he gave me a single fork but what about the other people…. They’re serving counter is a crazy disarray of grossness. The food overfloweth. I would presume it’s this bad because they’re understaffed… And if that’s not the case then what is?

Also this last part is just in general to Chipotle but not the specific location these are huge portions… In a world full of people on GLP1s This is definitely not necessary. I’m sure some people like the portion size but it would be really cool if you offered half bowls or something like that.

This has to be one of the worst Chipotle’s I have ever been to. This restaurant is filthy. Because of that, I ordered through app for pick-up. The food that was given to me wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Shane on me for ordering here a second time after the first time was just as bad. I thought if I gave a $5 tip to round out my order to $25, I’d at least get what I ordered. Ordered double chicken, didn’t get it. Ordered vegetables, didn’t get it. Ordered green salsa, didn’t get it. Ordered corn salsa didn’t get it. Orders sour cream, didn’t get it. But what I did get was a sad bowl of rice, beans, pico. What I did get extra was cheese, but guess what, I didn’t order it. Terrible chipotle experience.
