The food was good but the service was bad. This was the second time that they gave me and my wife bad service. Regina was our server and she had a golden tag server but did not give us good service. We understand that a server can be busy but in this occasion there wasnt much people and she would talk to her co workers and would rush the service to keep talking to her co workers. We think that is a bad example for a golden tag person. She walked around with a cigarette in her hand in the kitchen. She would tend to other costumers except for us and left us without drinks for a while. The cook had to be the one serving the food because she isnt putting attention to what she needs to do. It bothers me because Waffle house is one of my favorite restaurants.

I am so sad. I came back home from Florida and after a late flight and two hour drive to my hometown, I stopped here for a good, warm, home-cooked meal. The waitress only took the order for drinks and completely ghosted me, my husband, and my mother, in plain sight. We sat there for 30 minutes with no acknowledgement before walking out and giving up. Went down the road to cookout. At least I got a free tea (she never even brought my mother’s drink). As someone who proudly reps my Waffle House merchandise in south Florida, I am truly so so sad.

Best experience ever at a waffle house – which is saying a lot given i’ve never had a bad waffle house experience. The manager/supervisor was very accommodating, I saw him checking in on all of the customers multiple times while we were there. Very charming young man. Would give 6 stars if that was an option. Thanks for an incredible breakfast.

Sunday 10/29 at 6 pm Guess it depends when you go. Always loved this location until this evening all tables were dirty, and there was nobody there, had to ask waitress to clean a table off. She wasn’t personable at all and her kid was running around like crazy and being loud. The cook was being loud because the kid kept going near the kitchen behind the bar. Worst Waffle House experience I’ve ever had. I mean every single table was dirty.

We went in late last night after work – 3am or so. The staff was immediately welcoming & kind. Fast service. Excellent food – try the cooks gravy, you won’t regret it!! The waitress was super fast & thorough. The cook even came to check on us to make sure we were happy with the food. I can’t recommend it enough for a quick bite.
