We haven’t been to Chili’s in years. Decided to try it out today and we are happy we did. Everything was great The smoke platter and chicken fajitas were delicious and our server was attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!

This was my first time going to a Chili’s in about 8 years, I’d say I enjoyed the experience. The food was good, very minor issues. Half of our mozzarella sticks were cool and didn’t really have that “cheese pull” but the other ones were hot and very good. The fajitas were very good, I love the flavor of the rice that comes with them and I wish they would add more to the plate! The steak and chick were also cooked perfectly! The server was very friendly and quick. Will be coming back in the future.

So I don’t know where to start had the 5 piece spicy top ramen chicken crunchers sorry I meant “Nashville Hot” chicken crunchers with fries, and white cheddar noodle soup oops I meant white cheddar Mac. As you have already figured out it was a less than satiable meal.
Let’s dissect the meal I had. The “Nashville Hot” chicken crunchers were indeed crispy and juicy perfectly cooked, but that is as far as that pleasantry goes. I was smacked upside my head with a brutal assault on my taste buds. I was expecting the pleasantly complex flavor of sweet and spicy perfectly balanced as I find 99% of “Nashville Hot” flavors to be no no no this was as best as I can describe and the two I was with can attest; it tasted exactly like spicy top ramen chicken flavor with a dash of knock off Buldak sauce. Definitely not worth it I recommend just going to your local deli and get chicken tenders. Hey if you go to family fair you can grab some Samyang Buldak hot chicken flavored ramen and you’ll have a better experience….I digress, the kitchen I believe did the best with what they were required to make. This flavor goes back on the corporate kitchen and the culinary “experts there need to actually taste what they make this chain cook”. The fries were fried well, and quite pleasant. The best part of the meal to be frank. Now to the soup/macaroni and cheese. Okay I get how some people like saucy Mac, but when you get a ramekin that is 90% thin sauce would that not classify as a soup? It did have a very good white cheddar flavor and the pasta was not over cooked, but maybe a little less sauce would have made it a Mac instead of a soup. The service was not great. The staff felt like their friendliness was a bad sarcastic drama. So I hope if you decide to visit Chili’s in Rapid City, SD that you get a better experience than I did.

Went for a quick lunch with my partner, ended up waiting 30-40 minutes for a triple dipper and a single scoop side of their loaded Mac. Triple dipper was completely cold, made my stomach turn when I tried it. The waiter only offered a to go box when we told them about the temperature, then never spoke to us again.
Multiple employee drinks were on the bar, which is a health code violation. Watched a waitress pour a beer with no head then take too much foam from another drink and transfer it over.
All for the price of $27.31, we shared a soda.

We rarely visit Chili’s in Orlando because we are blessed with so many restaurant choices. But this Chili’s provided an excellent experience. The food and service were good, and the prices are a good value. I’d be happy to return here.

Our waitress, Fawn, was AMAZING.
She was checking in on us throughout our meal. We mentioned it was my birthday and we ordered a cake.

Dropped by yesterday with my 8-month-old. The seating hostess took really great care of us. I didn’t catch her name, but she had dark hair and some very cool piercings (hope she gets some kind of perk for me mentioning her!). Also, nice clean bathroom with a good changing table.
