Love this place for breakfast, great morning manager. however after like 4pm service is not great. Drive through is not 24hrs, seems like this location doesn’t have enough night shift employees. They should close at night until they get more employees or smth. Ordered on the app and waited in the drive through for an hour just for no one to say anything on the speaker and no one was at the window.
Want to clarify again, love this place in the morning, great service, fast, and fresh food. It’s just night shift that doesn’t have enough people

It’s is currently 2/11/25 i picked up my order at 11pm. I was going to leave a great review because the food lately has been very good but tonight i was very disappointed waited 10 mins after placing my order online at 10:49 thinking yes they’re making eveyhitng fresh to get handed this uncooked burger very disgusting

Without a doubt, the worst McDonald’s in the Birmingham area. I just wasted $10 on food I’m thinking twice about eating. Pictures attached. Every time I’ve been here, their “shake machine is down,” and everyone working there acts like they are too busy on their phone to look at you, work, or greet you. They only have half a menu available because the screens are broken. The building looks like it’s already falling apart, and I believe it was renovated not too long ago. The manager must be just as lazy as everyone working there. Save yourself the trouble and drive another 10 minutes down the road if you want McDonald’s.
