Wow! I usually don’t leave bad reviews but wow! Everything that could be wrong was wrong. (Except the physical location which is beautiful) Otherwise rude people, dirty restaurant. I do not like being barked at or hurried when I am dinning in a restaurant. I don’t eat out much, but if I spend 20 dollars on a burrito and a drink I expect the people to be nice/patient, the restaurant to be clean, and the food to taste good… Chipotle in Silverthorne got 0 out of 3 today! I’ll make it a point to never go back and to tell my friends about the experience. I have little hope of anything changing because they are always busy with hungry mountain folk, (big demand in this town, not much supply) and the corporate mega machine stops for no one! Looks like I’m not the only one in the comments too… just saying

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. Every employee barked questions and demands at me and my children as we went through the line, rushing us and making mistakes on our order. Their efforts to move the line quickly actually function to make it more dysfunctional and slow. I have never been treated this terribly at another Chipotle branch, usually they are efficient and still very kind. This was just awful.

First let me start by saying I Chipotle is my fav fast food. I’ve been to this loca before but not this year. I counted 10 people working there and no one in line, a few tables filled. I had to wait until the staff finished talking and laughing to get service. The young lady filled my bowl with rice and then added a small serving of beans when another server added the meat- a few morsels of chk fell on the counter and he picked up one, added it to my bowl and added the smaller ones back into the container of chk. Another server added the rest – 1/2 spoon of SC and a sprinkle of cheese. Each acting annoyed that I’m interrupting their jokes and convo between each other – all moving so fast I struggled to add gauc extra and they struggled to add the extra when ringing me up, give me a cup for my drink while the mgr, I’m assuming, interrupting my transaction to zero out the register then anxiously telling me to put my card in while I’m waiting to have them add an extra. The whole experience was rushed and wrong and unsanitary-not what I’ve ever seen before. I know I should have asked for a new serving but I didn’t and suffered later. I was sick the whole night and part of the next day. If they pick up food from the counter and put in back to be served what r they doing out of the site of customers in the back? I will never return – beware!!

I don’t even know how this place has any reviews considering they are NEVER open when I try to go there. Went there at 6:25 p.m. tonight and the doors were locked already. I looked on Google prior to coming as I live out of town and was expecting them to be open–as Google says they should’ve been. Super disappointing. First time this happened I got there before they opened & waited, but the condiments table was an absolute mess already/still. Having worked in food service for many years I could never pride myself on opening with a dirty condiment stand and/or tables.

Got a quesadilla with cheese and a burrito with steak, somehow I was charged for extra steak, when I asked the cashier she acted like a big dummy and didn’t know. I told her to ask the line about it, then proceeded to not know how to speak English even when you ask to speak to the manager. They’re not military friendly and do give discounts. Plus they suck at wrapping burritos.

I ordered the new Chicken Al Pastor and I got shredded chicken. The commercial shows chopped pieces of chicken. It had good flavor but was nothing special. Also, I ordered tortilla chips and queso and while the queso was good, the chips were super stale. I don’t know how long they have been on that shelf, but they should have been thrown out probably a week ago. Very unhappy with that. The staff was fine, they were not very welcoming and they were not engaging with the customers outside of asking what you wanted on your burrito or rice bowl.

Gotta give it one star for no mobile orders. The food was ok but today I went in and the line was out the door! Here’s a idea how about mobile ordering and dedicating a employee to it? So I left and went next door to which Wich. Was not waiting in line for 30 min.
