Sassy’s Red House is a definite must-visit! Our family had a fantastic lunch, and everything was delicious.
I had the 3-meat plate and was blown away by the brisket, chicken, and honey sriracha wings. My wife, who is gluten-free, absolutely loved the Irish nachos with fresh-cut fries, and my mom raved about her pulled pork sandwich. My daughter even gave a big thumbs up to her grilled cheese, which is no small feat!
Beyond the incredible food, the service was outstanding. Our server was so kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It made for a truly wonderful family meal. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Great BBQ! Photos are of the Brisket Lettuce Tomato sandwich and the Crazy Sassy Sandwich (we think)… so good. Brisket slices were about an inch wide. 2 or more sides with just about everything and seriously you can split the portions and be full.
We were just traveling through town and found this place but we would drive out of the way to stop by again.

Absolutely delicious menu options! The food came out fresh and hot. The portions are large too. The service is why I give 4 stars, the lady was very slow and never gave us refills. She also could not get our tickets right even when we explained how they were supposed to be divided.

I love to smoke at home in NJ on my pellet grill and try to replicate great bbq places we visit. I doubt I’ll be able to replicate the Sassy brisket. It was simply spectacular. Mouthwatering tender and beautifully seasoned. The 2 meat plate surprised me with the generous portion of brisket. The ribs also were excellent as was the pulled pork. Loved the mustard potato salad also. And save room for the fried pie. Our server was as nice as could be.

Look… I consider myself something of a BBQ aficionado (and someone who seeks-out the best BBQ joints whenever possible; especially when traveling to regions that are famous for it)… and let me tell you, Sassy’s Red House is some of the BEST BBQ I have EVER had! My family and I tried it for the first time the other day, and some of the highlights for me? The brisket was MOUTH-WATERING and butter-tender (I couldn’t even bring myself to put any sauce on it, it was so delicious!)… the jalapeno sausage was absolutely amazing as well… the pulled pork was tender and excellent… the mac n’ cheese and baked beans were super-memorable recipes and just about perfectly prepared… the pork ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and well-seasoned, and again, I could barely bring myself to put any sauce on them. That being said, their in-house sauces were also each very unique and delicious in their own ways (which made me kind of sad, actually, since I could barely bring myself to put them on the meat at all! ). My wife also agreed about the brisket (and she’s normally more of a pulled pork person) and she really loved her brisket and mac n’ cheese sandwich (I can’t remember what it was called on the menu), as well as loved the loaded baked potato salad that she got with it. And as if the food wasn’t reason enough to visit Sassy’s Red House, our server was also very attentive and friendly! If you couldn’t tell already, I HIGHLY recommend you give this place a try! It’s worth the drive to Fayetteville from Fort Smith (and quite honestly, worth driving even further to try!).

Great find for us for pregame!! This place was obviously a favorite for foodies and Arkansas sports fans. We wanted to eat before the game. We arrived before the rush and the food did not disappoint!! The atmosphere is what you would expect for a house turned BBQ restaurant. Even if you are not going to a game, this place is a must visit. You will enjoy!!

A rare treat for the wife and I, as we live an hour away. She had the Brisket plate with sweet potato tots and mac & cheese. I had the pulled pork with loaded baked potato casserole and baked beans. Food was delicious and brought to the table in a timely manner. The cheese sauce could have been a little thicker. Same for the baked beans.

I very rarely give an unpleasant review, but after visiting for the first time I have too. We were visiting from out of town, and heard the food was good. When our food came out, it was very disappointing. A lot of the food was cold. The jalapeno cheddar sausage was ice cold and weirdly greasy and had no flavor, the brisket was also super cold. The ribs were good but also cold. The wings thankfully were warm since they came out of the fryer. My nachos were not good. Thankfully the waffle fries were hot and delicious with good ranch. I did love those. The desserts were good. The reason I even gave 2 stars was because our server was mice and they did give a small discount, which we did not ask for. Just mentioned to the server the food temp, so that was kind. It is not safe to serve food cold and that needs to be fixed asap. I would not visit again.

Went in with my boyfriend around 9pm after a long shift, placing a togo order as they closed in an hour. Mealeeke helped us and was unbelievably great, recommended an appetizer of Irish nachos (which are great) and helping us choose our dinners, even showing is his own burger because we hadn’t tried them, it looked great. I ended up getting the bbq baked potato and it is literally bigger than a sandwich!! Delicious and great service!
