Stopped by this location while getting gas across the street on a work trip. Had a lovely little exchange with the window person, Adam, and got a beautiful little note on my cup. Just overall a wonderful experience, and honestly, one of the better matcha lattes I’ve had from a Starbucks, it was perfectly mixed!

I stopped in Gafney for a short break in Starbucks that is right at the I-85 exit. Asked cashier to advise me strong but sweet coffee, like a pill not to fall asleep while driving. She said “I know what you need” and made me the best coffee in the world. She is beautiful black-haired girl and very professional, she even asked me if I have any allergies. Starbucks’ service has never been so great for me, like here in Gafney.

I FEEL PITY FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS TODAY AS THEY WERE PAYING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY AND WERE BEING FOOLED BY GETTING SERVED COLD/WARM STALE brew Coffee.
After a long tiring drive every customer prefers to have Hot freshly brewed coffee
There are so many coffee brands in the country but STARBUCKS is a trusted brand.
Very disappointed… This outlet has 4 school teenagers…. they have no sense of Hospitality, courtesy, politeness.
I wasted my time. Ordered tall Pike place coffee.. Drive thru.. it was cold.. went back in again… No one at the counter to attend any customer. All 4 were busy in something… after long wait asked for replacement for a hot pike place coffee… again a cold stale coffee was served…
Complained and returned the coffee and asked for replacement or refund.. Long wait and freshly brewed coffee was served.
I wasted 30 min for 1 cup of coffee… PATHETIC !!!! Impolite behavior no courtesy to apologise for inconvenience.

Becoming increasingly frustrated stopping in at this Starbucks that I’ve frequented for many years now. The service is so slow now and I don’t understand why, because across town on Floyd Baker it’s not like this. When you pay this much for coffee, excellent service in a timely manner should automatically apply.

Things have really changed for the worse. No greetings or acknowledgment from staff.
10 minutes on one customer.
It was just one customer and myself. I stood there for 10 or more minutes with no hello or be with you ASAP. NOTHING!
I understand good customer service and being short staffed but at least acknowledge the customer; even if he’s black.
