I go to Wendy’s once a year when I have a craving and I am always reminded why I don’t like the food. Burgers are always undercooked and the fries are old and kept hot under a lamp so they’re all chalky inside. This time I tried the new chicken tenders, they looked so good (on the sign). I got home and found them dry overcooked old and nasty.

Had a great experience at this location today. I had an issue with the Wendy’s app and the nice lady working at this location did the best she could to help me and gave me information on how to connect with someone via the app to help resolve the issue. I ended up placing a new order her and it was fresh and delicious. The inside was clean and the other staff member that took my order was also very friendly. I appreciate how the staff took time to help me. Kindness goes a long way. Would definitely visit this location again.

Holy disgusting! When did the Asiago chicken sandwich come with gross shredded lettuce, very little sauce and old chicken. To pay almost $10 for the sandwich and get the horrible thing I ordered I am so beyond disappointed. AND I waited 20 mins in the drive through just to have them forget the nuggets and sauce for the biggie bag I also ordered. I understand it is fast food but this was awful. Absolute waste of $25

unfortunately, had a horrible experience while trying to order lunch today at the Wendy’s drive-through.
I ordered a small chicken nugget and the gentleman asked me what kind of sauce I would like. I shared with him one ketchup and one ranch he told me you only can have one sauce which one do you want and I shared with him I would pay for an additional sauce. he continued to repeat the word you get one sauce.. which sauce do you want. Utill he finally told me it’d be $.50 more which I agreed to .
Once I got up to the window, I forgot that I needed a medium fry added to my order, and he just stared at me silently before he turned to the computer to add it. I asked him why he is being rude to me and acting so hostile and I told him I’m sorry I just forgot to order a french fry. He said he’s not being rude to me and said he’s tired.
Which I understand But I shared with him that that’s no way to treat a customer and asked why you’re just staring at me silently when I’m ordering an additional french fry and why you’re so annoyed about it and you continue to talk about how tired he was.
He gives me the updated price and just stares at me with a blank stare, not apologizing for being rude and treating a customer without any kindness. Continue to just repeat the price over and over to me when I kept asking him.
i’ve been asked him if I could please speak to a manager and he responded with telling me that he is a manager, but would not tell me his name. eventually said if You aren’t happy you can go ahead and leave so I decided to go ahead and drive off not picking up my food not taking anything with me.
unfortunately, I will not be going back to this location due to the difficulty with ordering a lunch and being greeted with hostility from workers

Every time I come here my food is fine but you ALWAYS mess up my wife’s. Recently you had gotten a touch better. So we decided to give you a try again because we did not have time and you were nearby.
We ordered a large CRISPY CHICKEN biggie bag. You gave her a large CHICKEN BLT. How hard is it to get the right food. It is always the same worker too. He was so rude when I tried getting him to repeat the order to me. I tried confirming that our junior chocolate frosty was put in as a key tag and not charged. He immediately brushed me off without even looking said, “yeah! *insert total*” We were rushed through when there was no line.
Incredibly rude. Incredibly incompetent. Always repeat the order back to the customer. It is basic common knowledge.
Do better.

Ate here couple times and staff are always busy with the drive thru orders so they’re always juggling between drive-thru and dine-in customers. Not a very long wait though. The place is clean and well-maintained. Most of all, we always get our orders right and pretty quick too.

I came in around 9:00 pm and let me tell you the manager was very rude. I ordered the 5$ biggie bag and the manger didn’t even ask me what drink I wanted and automatically chose sprite I get to the window and she refused to change my drink or even take the drink back even though she never asked me her attitude was very bad ( Seemed like she did not like her job or even want to be there. Anyways I know she was manager because her name tag said manager but she needs to be re evaluated and maybe consider a career change.

Came in to order two frosty’s and a fry took about five minutes for anyone to acknowledge me at the counter once they did the dude took at least five minutes to take my order since he did not understand how to function once my order was in. they did not begin working on it. They decked around in the back. Complaining about customers not to mention the man that was here before me waiting for his order that they forgot to finish once I got my two Frosty’s and fries I asked for a sauce they then attempted to charge me $.50 the Nan in front of me finally got his food after 10 minutes of us waiting on top. This location needs to close. Food is often made incorrectly, given cold or old, and their service is terrible. 3 different people attempted to take our order at the menu board. We honestly just canceled our order and left. Go to the one off 45th instead. You won’t be disappointed there.

We were so impressed with the cleanliness of this restaurant…including the restrooms. Jermaine Williams took our order….his customer service was excellent. Our order was given to us my a very polite young lady. Great experience. Im pretty particular and I really didnt expect it. We were very impressed.
