Fort Campbell blvd Taco Bell do better!! This is the new Soft crispy taco they sold me. I almost broke a tooth on that hard and disgusting chicken I went back for a refund and all the supervisor on shift could say is “Sorry for the inconvenience” SMH. Don’t waste your time or money at this location

Not up to par on food my food wasn’t even hot like it should have been. Best for no beans no sour cream light on the cheese sauce. There ain’t no cheese sauce on the hard shell taco there’s more lettuce than meat and cheese. All I wanted to do was eat and this ain’t even appetizing I need to do is eat to me!!! Don’t worry I’ll be calling management in the morning. And letting them know hopefully something could be done!!!

They are fast, and polite in my experience.
When you place an order and ask for adjustments though, they will absolutely charge you for it, but then don’t give you the extras. It’s every time I’ve gone here.
I’ll look to Wilma or Tiny Town from now on.

The food is great The service was okay it’s kind of hard to hear on the speaker but overall it was Taco Bell and it was fast food.
I do miss the sporks
Can y’all please bring back those they were easier to eat our food with.
I don’t normally eat with a fork anyway Only when I have to fork something and most Taco Bell food is not forked just like the salads or the bowls but you still need a spoon for that so

Went through the drive through today and had the best customer service (coralea is the name on my receipt, so hopefully that was who was at the window and over the intercom) she was super friendly, had a constant smile on her face. A+ customer service, she would make a great manager! My food was also fresh and tasted great!

Took me 2 hours to get my food. If that wasn’t enough i ordered 2 dorito loco tacos with ONLY MEAT and got EVERYTHING BUT MEAT. while my friend ordered 2 soft shell tacos with meat cheese and lettuce and also got no meat on either one. This is BY FAR the worse Taco Bell experience i have ever had in my life.

Tried to give this taco bell several tries, they take absolutely forever. Waited over 30 mins for just a luxe box, a burrito and a few tacos. They don’t ever get the order correct. Tonight I asked for light sauce on a quesadilla, and it was completely saturated to the point it bled through the packaging and it stuck to the food. And the food was cold. After being Asked to wait for them to being it out. Something needs to be done about this place. Big time.

Don’t mobile order or dash from this location placed order online got there 10 mins later another person orders on kisok for same party pack they got drinks then 20 mins later they get their food and we wait another 10 mins after to get our order absolutely ridiculous when trying to figure out what’s going on the “help” completely ignore you not to mention all the ppl who order threw drive thru and came and gone
