Very pleasant staff. Excellent service. Went in to try the new beef nuggets. First visit to an Arby’s in years. Decent fast food. Steak nuggets were tasty. Crinkle cut fries and milk shake were good. Fries were hot and fresh and perfectly cripsy. Food came up quickly.

Arby’s is know for shaved roast beef sandwiches but they have one of the best fast food burgers out there. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a thick burger with crisp lettuce, tomato,red onions, bacon, and cheese sauce. The dining room is spacious and comfortable.

I ordered here on a Sunday afternoon through their app. The place was clean when I went in and there weren’t many customers. I was picking up a Vanilla milkshake but the cashier had a slight delay trying to find where it was. They eventually remembered that they put it in the fridge, which was fine haha. I appreciate that they took care to keep my milkshake cold instead of leaving it out. The milkshake was a good treat for a hot summer day!

The beef and cheddar was good, as usual. The 2 gyros for $7 is an amazing deal, and they tasted good, with lettuce and tomatoes and the right amount of sauce. I’m writing this review mainly for the decor. I like that they made an effort, and an interesting choice for a fast food place. Looks very homely, like you’re at grandma’s house. Gonna have to check out other locations to see if they’re all like this.

Good experience overall at this location. Service was prompt and friendly. Roast beef was fresh. The air conditioning was great! The lobby does need some updates/repairs. At the first booth we tried to sit down in, the cushions were broken off. However, the lobby overall was clean and well-stocked.

What the hell happened to Arby’s or is this an isolated location. I love love love Arby’s roast beef but haven’t had it in a while. Just tried it again today and was shocked. Shocked i tell you . The meat was salty like I was eating a stick of salt. The “hamburger bun” so soaked thru. . I also order the Italian. Either this items been sitting under the heat lamp all day or it’s just bad bad bad . The lettuce and tomatoes were wilted and again the meat is so salty. My lip curled . I ordered the classic and double roast beef. These used to be my favorite but it was inedible. What happened. The quality of the food and/ or quality control just went down into the trash can. Wow . And I spent $32 for lunch too

The new Arby’s Wagyu Steakhouse Burger is a SHOCKER!!!
There wasn’t any Arby’s in burk so I took a small trip to this Arby’s to see what the hype was about. The cashier who attended us was very friendly and our food came out very quick.
The burger was DELICIOUS and definitely far better than any of the other fast food chains. I definitely recommend to ignore what social media says and try the burger and make sure to go large for their curly fries because they’re so good.
Also, a little unknown secret is that there’s a little bell that you can ring for great service.
