I went with my girlfriend and her sister in Tuesday afternoon and have to say I was very pleased from the beginning. The seating was quick and our staff was patient with us. I decided to get breakfast for dinner with a three meat omelette. Her sister went for pancakes. For ordering breakfast during a dinner time, the food came out quick and delicious. My omelette came with three meats, onions, and peppers. The vegetables were by far, my favorite part. The peppers and onions were cooked to perfection and very much complimented the rest of the meal. The portions left me full and satisfied even for the price. Overall a great experience, polite and quick staff, and a satisfied group. P.S. Get a dessert, it’s worth it 😉

We are from Southern California, close to the Mexican Border and have eaten authentic Mexican food all our lives. We even cook it. We are new to the area and have eaten here 4 times in 2 weeks. 3 were in restaurant and 1 was take out. We’ve had breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
We especially loved the chorizo breakfast quesadillas, stuffed French toast, machaca & eggs, chicken and beef enchiladas, and the posole. Even the cheeseburger and fries were great! The ground beef chile had a good flavor, but we couldn’t eat it because there were too many chopped onions, and they were raw and crunchy. The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy and the service excellent. The location is nice in quaint, historic downtown and right across the street from the water. We’ve found our favorite Resturant in Oak Harbor!

If you like Taco Bell, then maybe this might not be the place for you. The food here is as authentic as you can get. The enchiladas were delicious. The chicken was flavorful. The beans and rice were amazing. The flan was sweet and delicious. Do yourself a favor and just come in. You will be greeted and taken care of like family. Sorry about the photo, but I was so excited to eat that I forgot to take it before I ate.
