Old oil, soggy & brown fries. Burger meat gross with a bad odor. Soda taste like dish soap. Bad after taste! This location has bad service, bad upkeep and staff that mostly can not speak or understand English. Stay away from this location!

Very good, fresh food. Had a little hiccup with my order and had to pull back through but it was no big deal and they gave me an extra drink for the trouble even though they didn’t need to. Had my giant puppy with and he scarfed down his sliders♡ the workers were so sweet to him while he stared them down awaiting his dinner after ren fest. My impossible sliders were perfect! I always have to hit up White Castle when I come to the cities since ND doesn’t have any and no matter which one I go to, the staff are always lovely.

Not only was the food cold, cheese not melted, no onions or salt /pepper
I asked for salt and was informed that they were out of salt packets⁉️
I asked the employee to please use salt that the cooks use, she said they were out of that shaker as well ⁉️
No wonder there’s no customers in the drive thru or inside!
The less than stellar employee and failure to produce hot and tasty foods would seduce drive away customers

For this to be Fastfood it’s not fast enough. Always out of what their advertising like shrimp nibblers. The only thing that will be ready is ur Drink. EXPECT a long wait and they use too much water to steam the meat. Better off buying it Frozen From the grocery store.

Nothing is free or cheap these days. With that being said, serving beef jerky and hard yet somehow soggy buns?! I do not care what job you have, take pride in it. Because nothing travels quicker than a poor review. Squirting mustard on old burgers and wrapping them up doesn’t fool anyone. Trash.

I don’t eat White Castle that often but when I do I expect it to be hot and fresh. I tried the Felix chicken sandwich for the first time and wish I had just stick to burgers. The edges of the patty looked burnt like it was reheated in a microwave. It tasted like it was fried in old grease and the lettuce was wilted. My husband was not offered sauce for his chicken rings or fish nibblers so we assumed there was some in the bag. There was not. It’s obvious that they don’t care about food quality judging from the many negative reviews.
The fries and burgers were good. And the drink was icy. I guess it’s hard to mess those up.

Sometimes you just need to pound four cheese sliders with some fries every once in a while, and this is a great castle to do it at.
The food was hot, the staff were polite, and the fries were some of the best I’ve had at White Castle, whose fries can be hit or miss at times.
I would be more than happy to return to the Hopkins White Castle.

The two ladies were inconsiderate and judgemental. I may not be perfect but I literally never order here and decided to give it a chance. They laughed and slammed the window door on my face as I was trying to thank them. On top of that I asked what is the best menu item and she replied “I dont eat here” . So why work here if you don’t have respect for the business.
