This Pizza Cottage was a classic pizza place. It was close to the end of this year. The dining room was decorated with lovely Christmas decorations. There were also many screens for games, a good bar, and a private room inside. Service was great. WiFi was fast.
I ordered a classic meat pizza with thin crust. It tasted fresh and authentic, but was too oily. There were everyday specials and holiday events. Definitely a great sport bar or party place.

I have been eating at pizza cottage for over 20 years.I ordered a salad 3 weeks ago from the Pickerington location. The salad only had 4 pepperoni on it. I ordered 2 pizza on 11/16/15 one pizza was pepperoni, onions and peppers. When I tell you these green peppers and onions are so damn thin, you can barely taste them in the pizza, and they look like string. I won’t be returning, I’ll find another local establishment.

A regular customer for many years and generally love the food here . However last evening our pizza was a disappointment substandard for this establishment. … supposed to be half pepperoni half ham with pineapple. The toppings were minimal except overabundance of pineapple. Crust was chewy, had hardly any sauce with a sloppy thrown together appearance. We attempted to eat it, but each piece seemed to be no better than the one before. When the waitress asked if we wanted a box, my husband and I both said NO! We normally don’t complain. But I told her the pizza really wasn’t good at all. She apologized and came back with a changed receipt, giving us credit for the pizza. This was nice but what we wanted was to eat a good pizza . That is why we went there to begin with.

We had a birthday party there for our grandson last weekend and we were in the 1st party room. The room had bad stench to it like a real smell mop was used, and the floor was sticky in areas. The pizza was decent and this was my first time ever in a pizza cottage.
The server was nice and always kept our drinks full and was always friendly and there for our needs.

The only think that sucks about Pizza Cottage is that there isn’t one where I live in Kentucky. With only a small number of locations around Columbus Ohio. Great pizza, but my all time favorite is their Steak sub Ruthy’s way. Best sandwiche on the planet. If you haven’t been, be sure too.

Pizza Cottage is always great. I can’t eat pizza but there’s a lot of options I can eat. The restaurant is laid out nicely for wheelchairs and handicap persons. We always enjoy pizza cottage but the OG in Buckeye Lake is and will ALWAYS be the best.

This was only the second time I ordered food. The pizza was average to slightly above except the thin crust was like cardboard. Will stick with my favorite other place for pizza even though it’s a bit of a drive as their crust is delicious. I also think Pizza Cottage is too expensive.

I hope this email find you well and I certainly hope you have time to read it! My name is Robert Gabel and I writing you regarding my experience at your restaurant on Wednesday, January 21st at around 6:30pm.
We had a rather large party of 12 people and it was a very special occasion. Normally when I come to any OTHER restaurant with a large party, the server is usually less than thrilled and enthusiastic to serve us.(and understandably so) This was NOT the case last night.
Never in my 42 years of living have I ever had such AMAZING and WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE than I experienced with our server, a Miss.Laila. She immediately greeted each on of us with a huge smile and an eagerness to help. Her attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and prompt attentiveness was beyond reproach. Laila handled our large party with the ease of an experienced manager, so we were shocked to discover she has only been working at your location for two months.
I say this with no sense of exaggeration: she was the best server I ever had. She consistently checked on us, made warm hearted and personal
Comments, and made us feel not only welcomed but left us with the feeling of “I am truly grateful to serve you”. She handled our orders and food with grace and ease and conducted herself with the level of professionalism I would again expect from a general manager. She took total ownership of our dining experience and consistently made sure the children were happy with her warm and inviting hospitality, the adults needs were anticipated before we could even say anything, and left us a bit speechless with our impressions on your restaurant. (Some of us being first timers now turned life long customers).
I truly believe Laila should not only be commended for the OUTSTANDING job she did in representing your company, but she should be the shining example and template for service moving forward. I sincerely hope you pass our praise along to her and corporate, as we are singing your praises to anyone who listens. She turned a few new customer into brand ambassadors and promoters,and you simply can’t put a price on this level of positive advertising.
In summation and to put it simply: how often does someone take the time to say something NICE and POSITIVE on the internet or electronic correspondence ?
