I had a great experience at this Pollo Tropical! Your worker Asia was incredibly kind and friendly and helped me so much while I was there, she really made my visit better. She was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. She explained to me what some things were and what was in them and she even recommended some of the items on the menu to me. I ended up getting the grilled chicken tropichop with black beans, corn and the garlic cilantro sauce on the side. The grilled chicken TropiChop was amazing, super flavorful and cooked perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went through the drive-thru at Pollo Tropical and was helped by a wonderful lady named Consuello. Even though it was just a quick interaction, she completely stood out and made the experience great. She was so kind, patient, and had such a sweet personality. You could really tell she enjoys what she does and cares about the people she’s helping. Consuelo greeted us with such a friendly and positive attitude, and it honestly made the drive-thru feel personal instead of rushed. She double checked our order, made sure everything was right, and did it all with a smile. It’s small things like that which leave a big impression. People like Consuello make a huge difference. she turned a regular food stop into a really pleasant experience. She’s amazing at her job and deserves to be recognized for the way she treats customers. Thank you, Consuello, for being so sweet and making our day brighter!

I wanted to feed my whole family but stay within my budget. The manager came out n made sure I got everything that I needed. We utilized the drive-thru. The guy who took our order was very thorough. He didn’t rush and ensured he got the order correctly. He told us to stay at the intercom and he would tell us when to pull up to to the window. We didn’t wait long. After getting to the window, he took the payment. Then he gave us our food, which was hot and fresh. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Chicken was not fully cooked and the presentation was awful. Maduros were burnt and rice was not fully cooperativa either. They can do better.

I ordered churrasco with yellow rice and everything on it. I received churrasco with white rice and beans. My husband received his order correct. We ordered tostones with ropa vieja. We received 4 tostones with only 1 tostone and a tiny portion of ropa vieja. The others were without meat. I got home, 40 minute drive, trusting my order which I always check. This time I obviously didn’t.
I wish I would of taken pictures. Not a next time cause I will not be returning.

I ordered a Tropichop All the Way with brown rice. The rice was so hard I couldn’t chew it. Ordered a 3 piece tostones with pork & only received 1. This is my first bad experience in the many years I’ve eaten Pollo Tropical. I was too tired

The food is good but the drive thru takes forever. When they take your order they go so fast and they dont let you finish while your orderingyour 1st order. The person thats taking the order interrupts you while your ordering….lol. but food good
