The wait was long but we didn’t have anywhere to be. Those rangoons were *chef’s kiss*. I should have ordered a drink. The quesadillas were big and filling! Will revisit.

Our server was very helpful, but it felt like the kitchen was having a rough night. Lost our appetizer ticket and they also ran out of gluten-free pasta and didn’t alert the wait staff so we had to make a ladt minute change. It felt like our order took longer to come out than it should have which was >30 minutes. Since this was our only experience it might not be a great representation of the restaurant, so I don’t want to throw too much shade on the experience because our server did try her best to make up for it. That said, you only get one opportunity to make a first impression and because of the kitchen mishap we probably won’t go back next time we are in the area.

We recently hosted a baby shower for Conor and Kristine in honor of baby Lainey at Ruckus Pizza in Tryon Village, and we could not be more impressed! From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, the staff went above and beyond. Manager Lexi, Kitchen Manager Brandon, Assistant Manager Jason, Servers Kayla and Everette, and Host Madeline were absolutely outstanding. They immediately came out to our cars to help unload and had the patio spotless, beautifully set up, and ready for our event.
The service throughout was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and seamless from start to finish. They made everything feel effortless, including the clean-up. Planning with them was a breeze—great communication, easy scheduling, and very reasonably priced.
We wholeheartedly recommend Ruckus Pizza for any special occasion. They truly made the baby shower a memorable and stress-free celebration!

Had a decent size party and Lexi was great at accommodating our volleyball team in an organized manner. Everyone was able to enjoy the large variety of food they had to offer. The service was awesome,the waiter and waitress handled themselves like pros between the different personalities of the parents . Atmosphere was inviting in the patio area and very warm for the winter months. Thanks Ruckus!

I took my son to grab a slice of Friday night pizza. It was a long week and even rougher day. I was cranky, that much I can admit.
By the end of dinner, I was in a different state of mind.
Food is good, but I credit our hostess, Madeline S. She was above and beyond. I really appreciate outstanding service, attentiveness and just overall happy attitude. It made spending time with my boy so much more enjoyable.

This place is seriously underrated. It is so good and the menu is so full. Literally something for everyone with a chill vibe. We got nachos, burgers, and pizza, but have ordered so much more on other visits. The yummy drinks are priced so fairly. We always ask for the waiter Josh. ☺️

We had Ruckus cater our daughter’s wedding. They did an INCREDIBLE job! First, we were honored to get the owner (Robert) and the catering manager (Britton) as the two working the event. They got there early and set up the chafing dishes, plates, cups, labels, etc., we had brought. We had ordered a range of food – appetizers, salads, pastas, and pizza. All the food was delicious; we got nothing but compliments. With their food, served in chafing dishes on tables with tablecloths, and Britton there to refill and greet, it truly looked like a professionally catered event. And it has been my experience at weddings people prefer comfort food. The price was considerably less than other caterers we priced. The night was perfect, and Ruckus had a large part to do with that.
