I recently dined at Taco Bell, and I found the establishment to be clean and impressive. The food was delicious and had a fresh taste to it. The ambiance was pleasant, creating a nice dining atmosphere. Moreover, there were good options available for vegetarians. The girl at the drive through was rude, acted like I was bothering her by placing my order. I made a request for steak instead of ground beef on my grilled cheese burrito, which I did just 3 days ago, she told me I wasn’t allowed because there was no button for it. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. When I finally got to the window I waited another 11. I get home and the 3 spicy potato soft tacos I ordered were not in the bag. Instead I thought I got 6 chicken chipotle melts of which I ordered 3. I opened up 3 of the chicken melts because they felt light and there was literally only cheese in 3 of them. I took pictures if anyone cares enough to see the proof. I also paid an extra $.80 for a side of sour cream that I did not get. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. After working a 15 hour shift today I just wanted something to eat and instead I get service like this.

The young adults on staff were efficient, helpful, and kind when we asked for stuff. There was an employee cleaning the dining room tables. Fast food is a thankless job, and these kids did a nice job late on a Friday night.

I went to Taco Bells the people were nice but the only thing is a leather talk was I wish they would bring me volcanic sauce back I love the volcanic sauce now that would be good over there french fries now to the young lady who’s at the drive-thru I feel so sad for you you should ask for the manager and then talk to the manager about it if they wasn’t in at night then you could go back the next day until and let him know how you was treated I feel bad because you did mistreated like that that’s all I’m call for that person should be fired

Highly recommend the staff was amazing they were very helpful polite and friendly I believe the drive thru girls name was Makenzie she helped me put my order into a combo to save money and the line girls Keira and whylie very fast definitely recommend this taco Bell long john silvers to anyone
