Definitely my new favorite burger joint. Unfortunately I dont have a 5 guys in my town. It’s affordable, food tasted great, and the staff were friendly. Definitely loved the Cajun Fries. And the peanut butter shake was divine.

Worst five guys I’ve been at. I don’t even get the fries anymore with how much they skimp out on. With how expensive this stuff is you would expect them to put some in the bag but nope only fill the cup and that’s it. As for the burgers, never get it right. Multiple times I’ve ordered cheeseburgers for the “premium” up charge. Doesn’t matter because they forget to add it. So not only am I paying for an extremely expensive burger already, but the up charge isn’t even added. Don’t bother, go to another burger chain that is cheaper and actually gets the order right

Honestly im not a fan of thin burgers, but as far as paper thin burgers go the flavor wasnt bad.

They use peanut oil for their fries which sucks, beef tallow is 150% better.

The prices are way too high for what they offer as well. I got a regular burger, she got a lettuce wrap, 1 large fry and two small shakes and it was over $50

This Five Guys delivered exactly what you’d expect from the chain’s famous formula, great burgers and a mountain of fries. What made this particular visit stand out, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. They truly elevated the standard Five Guys experience.

The fries here are excellent, but ridiculously expensive. $5.19 for a small fry and $7.59 for a large fry?? The burgers are even more expensive. $12.69 for a single bacon cheeseburger??
The burger was not good. Ultra cheap Kraft-style “cheese” slice, dry and tasteless bacon, the beef had minimal (if any) flavor, and the bun was clearly pushed down on for no discernable reason to “crush” the burger before wrapped. Also, the bun wasn’t toasted.
Service was SLOW. I thought this was a fast food restaurant? It took over 15 minutes to get 2 burgers and an order of fries…
I can get a much, much better single cheeseburger at less than half the price only a mile away at In-N-Out. Or I can get a big burger, with fries and a drink for the same price as only a Five Guys bacon cheeseburger without fries or drink. I will NOT be back to Five Guys!

In my opinion 5 guys has some of the best burgers in town. Their fries are amazing. Something about fresh cut potatoes fried in peanut oil just hits different.

This location is going to crap, i have to wait 10 minutes after i get my food to get my milkshake which it always comes out several minutes before the food and they sprinkle the tiniest amout of seasoning on the cajon fries when every other location dumps the seasoning on the fries. The dude taking our order was cool about the only good part

Fives Guys have very delicious burgers. By no means is this a cheap meal. I would say it’s a moderate pricing. You are able to customize your burger with at least a dozen different condiments.

x2 double bacon cheese burgers
x1 large fry
x2 chocolate shakes (one size only)
$51 dollars. That doesn’t include tip.

The positive side to this is this specific Five Guys off Nevada Ave. in Colorado Springs has very pleasant customer service. They welcome you as soon as you come into the restaurant. They don’t rush you as you build a burger that is just right for you and the family.

The fries are always hot, salty (not overly salty), and in mass proportions. A large fry is plenty for a couple and plenty left over.

The food came out fast. Probably waited 4 minutes. There were two customers in front of us already. The tables were clean and the restaurant smelt like delicious burgers. The burgers most definitely taste like they smell. If you want a delicious burger this is the spot to go to. I just don’t recommend every day if you live in a budget.

The manager, Natasha yelled at her employees for missing a step in an order. She did this in front of customers. That’s embarrassing and she belittled the workers. Everyone else was super nice, she was the only one to be rude at all. If that’s how she operates in the public, I’m sure it’s worse when people aren’t around
