They’re ok sometimes, it depends who is at the window. I just went through with my girlfriend and the one dude (I’m pretty sure he’s a manager) was super rude for no reason at all! I’m giving them three stars though because all of the other people I’ve had experiences with were nice!

When’s the average I had to pay extra for the macaroni and cheese, and it was the very end of what they had? So I mean, it was not even a whole serving in my opinion, and it had like the crusty cheese on the top of it, which a lot of people like, but I didn’t like that part and I didn’t want that part and I thought I had got a leg. I got a 3 piece. But it got 2 wings and a breast which was weird, but I mean, of course, it was good. It’s definitely less expensive than any royal farms. I don’t know, they think there’s gold or something, and I very rarely go to pot pies and I know why my face is all swollen from all that salty salty food. It’s it’s good average, nothing really bad to say nothing really great the same. Other than the gravies, amazing.Of course , I wish they would give me just a whole thing of gravy , so good!!!!

I ordered on Uber eats and there is no option for dark meat. So not only is it white meat it looks gross. So I call the restaurant asking them for help and the guy on the phone was so rude and dismissive, he argued me down about it being my mistake and wouldn’t even offer to fix, even after I asked if I could come up there and have it replaced. Customer Service has declined so much recently. People act like you are doing them a favor by ordering from their place of work.
I mean what kind of three piece is that??? Even if I don’t want the breast I could have eaten the wings if they looked semi decent.

Make sure you check your food before leaving because I found hair in mine….smh….hair and beard nets should be required for the food handlers.

this lady was so rude to me even though her team messed up our order…i got food for my coworkers and EVERYTHING was wrong. no sauce, no hot food, no tenders and just overall horrible customer service in general. i am truly disappointed and wish people would do better if not get a new job. this one man was very nice and the lady was being so awful to him mind you everyone could hear how nasty she was towards him.

I normally don’t write reviews for fast food chains but this Popeyes was clean. All tables were clean. Floors clean. Bathrooms clean and this was at around 5pm on a Monday. Food was fresh and made very well. I sat down to eat because it was so clean inside.

Went and ordered from the drive-thru an 8 Piece chicken family bundle with Mashed potatoes. When we arrived at home we had all dark meat which was cold and French fries instead of the mashed potatoes. It was not busy for them to mess up this order.

They were slammed with orders. Staff was friendly. It was extremely cold inside the restaurant so I got my meal to go instead of eating inside. A combo meal is cheaper than ordering 2 different foods. They didn’t have butter for my biscuit. Chicken was hot. Mashed potatoes tasted fresh. Overall the food was good. Lots of parking.

The location at Mount Rose Avenue is CLOSED for remodeling! They are still taking online orders and when you get there and call customer service they will tell you they will give you a CREDIT for food they had no intention of making from the jump. I had to wait several days for a refund. What if this had been all the money I had to get dinner with? Shut the online ordering down for Mount Rose Avenue Popeyes! Ridiculous.
