I recently ordered online and was disappointed to find that my order wasn’t ready when I arrived. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes, two other customers showed up for their orders as well. All of us ended up leaving without our food, which was frustrating. This experience was unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location. I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve the online ordering system and food preparation.

First of all, wait times are longer than restaurants that are busy!! Plus a fussy lady sighing during your order, rushy and mad that you added one more thing. The kid meals honestly would feed an infant baby. At the cost of their food, you’d think it would be to perfection! We had tacos- they were burnt, and broken and taste bad, how do you mess up frozen tacos? lol, my husband ate his but the smell makes me nauseas instantly, and I’m usually not too picky. I’ll post pictures of mine that will be going in the garage!!! Next time I’ll drive a few miles away to another Jack in box, this last year every time we go there, it’s disappointing and this was the final straw! Don’t waste your time or precious money, there always a problem here!

Don’t go here! came inside to maybe help the process after waiting in drive through for 5 minutes. 10 minutes at the register and didn’t even get acknowledged. An employee thankfully came on shift and got me.squared away. he did great! wish I could give him 5 star. Dude deserves better. The guy before me had 6 dollars of sandwiches and waited about a half hour. nobody inside, incredibly disorganized manager. She’s trying to micromanage unsucceasfully.

Freaking joke sandwichs are so small they are only fit for children. 2 sandwiches 2 hash browns 2 drinks 1 burrito $37 and some change. This is the crazy world we are living in now. Oh and the Breakfast Jack was $8.99 by itself.

First off. We stood there for awhile without being greeted, just to realize that you order by yourself on a touch screen. Second no one ever greeted us the entire time we were there. Third. The soda machine had no ice and sodas tasted awful, like the machine wasn’t putting the correct amount of syrup in the drinks. Lobby had dirty tables. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
