I hadn’t gone to a Popeyes in years, but on a whim I stopped and I was not disappointed. I had a spicy sandwich that was massive, delicious, and even better than Chick-Fil-A. The service was friendly and the seating area clean. The only negative was I had to ask for napkins (there were none set out) and the fountain drink dispenser wasn’t working right. Otherwise, great experience.

2/10/26, about 11:30 a.m. I went through the drive through. Alecia spoke clearly through the mic, and was very pleasant and patient. She took payment at the window, and just seemed to really enjoy her job. She wasn’t just friendly, but she was, well, kind of bubbly, and it was contagious! She brought the food out to the car promptly, and we engaged in just a brief, lighthearted exchange that made us smile. She obviously enjoys her job, and it translates to the way she interacts with customers. Give the lady some recognition.

I always get great service at the drive-through window. Alesia usually Works to Dr. window and is always upbeat, knows my name, and makes my day. I order the spicy chicken sandwich on most occasions and it is always warm, tender, and delicious. I highly recommend this Popeyes location.

Be it through the drive through or online delivery, my order is constantly missing something or has a wrong part of the order. I.e wrong or missing sauce, missing fries, or my sweet tea is unsweetened. The wait time in the drive through is extremely long and a lot of times they’re out of stuff. I hate to leave a review like this, but it’s been going on way too long
