Went it for lunch and this time was a much better experience. Still was a little pricey for my taste but overall good experience. The only issue I would say i had this visit was our waitress could of asked if we was all together or separate tickets which led to confusion at the end, but a manager was on it and fix it for us. Double bacon Cheeseburger was so yummy.

We got there right about 5:30 it wasn’t packed. We had a waiter named Neville I think it was spelled. He was very attentive and the food was so delicious and came out in a decent time frame. My daughter and I shared the smokehouse combo and it was the best tasting I’ve had from a chain restaurant in a while. The ribs were lick your fingers good they had a Smokey taste with a crispness like they were smoked then air fried or something and then smothered…delicious! The fries were my favorite side item with the seasoning that felt like it was made from addiction itself. The crispy chicken tenders were perfectly crisp making the best asmr sound when you take a bite. The white Mac n cheese was demolished in two minutes by my daughter I was lucky to get two bites of the delicious creaminess and then we used the leftover cheese sauce to dip the fries and chicken in bc why not. We got full and brought the leftovers back so the only item we haven’t tried yet is the brisket quesadillas but if they are anything like the rest of this food I can’t wait for a midnight snack . I don’t know if all locations are like this but this place got it right for sure.

I hadn’t been to Chili’s for a while, and I’m so glad I went again. I’ll be back for sure! It happened to be Happy Hour, so I got a $5 margarita special with low expectations, but it was freshly made and a very good, basic margarita! I highly recommend stopping by! You have to sit at the bar/lounge for the Happy Hour drink prices. Luckily, the bartender was great and very helpful! (When I went, Happy Hour was every day from 4-7pm.) Also, I’ll add there were lots of TVs at the bar, so sure to please everyone with a variety of programs.

The food is always average or below average here. The bartenders are usually very nice but they are so busy with all the tables in their section that sometimes it’s easy to be a bit neglected if you sit at the bar. The bar seating is usually pretty empty so I understand that. The atmosphere and seating in the bar isn’t very welcoming here. I do NOT recommend ever getting a steak here, as it will never be cooked at the temperature you requested. The cheese dip is got was no good but the portion sizes were huge. The fried mozzarella though was just as good as advertised. The hype for it is legit. The fried mozzarella was incredible. They were thick, hot, and very cheesy. Highly recommend. The shark attack margaritas for $6 was also an incredible steal! It was delicious!

My friend and I went to Shawnee Chili’s. We had a mis communication with our bill. I called the next day, the manager, Martin was helpful and took care of the issue right away.

Miguel was an amazing server! He was so quick, attentive, and kind. Just top notch customer service. We came in with a large party and he wasted no time making sure we were never waiting for long periods of time, our cups stayed full, and checked in on us an appropriate amount of times. Miguel and the kitchen made everyone’s food perfectly and fast. Thank you Miguel!!

Zach is AWESOME. Always hustling, knows his customers and ALWAYS has a smile. Here again!! Zach is moving faster than normal. What amazes me is the busier he is the faster he moves. Zach is why we come here!!!!! Shawn is new to the bar learning the ropes and fast. He will be a welcome addition as help for Zach.

I had the Burger with bacon and it was very good all though it wasn’t 2 for 20 ended up being 16+ my Burger alone My wife’s Chicken Ranch Fajitas.
