Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I ordered a Deluxe Luxe Box through Uber Eats and waited inside the store for 30 minutes before asking for help, as it was my first Uber pickup. Instead of listening, the staff member responded rudely and blamed . After being sent back and forth between inside and drive-thru, I finally received my order after 1 hour.
I’ve been a regular customer for nearly 10 years, but the service at this location has significantly declined over the past year. Staff need better training in handling orders and basic customer courtesy. Very disappointing experience.

Nonetheless, Taco Bell at Bethelview has been quite a bumpy ride in terms of consistency.
For starters, I must declare that the food quality and taste is largely consistent. However, that is where the consistency ends.
If you visit before 6 P.M., you can expect a quick and accurate order. However if it’s past this threshold, I fear that the order time exponentially accrues into a messy boil.
I condole with the frustrated workers as they seem severely understaffed most of the time. So, I don’t entirely blame them.

Not one to write reviews but tonight was frustrating. I had placed a DoorDash pickup order for myself because it was cheaper and faster than the delivery option. I got to the drive-thru line, said I had a DoorDash pickup order, and they told me to pull forward (never saying I needed to come inside). There was an extremely long wait from the cars in front of me, so I didn’t make it to the window for a while. After all that, they tell me that I needed to come inside because it’s a DoorDash order. The majority of my order was ready except the drink. Their only explanation of why they couldn’t hand it to me is “the last time we did it, the guy got extremely mad”. I wasn’t going to take it out on the drive thru workers, but I can say I was frustrated myself. Sharing so this hopefully doesn’t happen to others.

Ordered door dash from here and from Chili’s. Ordered tacos first. Ribs from Chili’s was picked up by the driver, then they still had to wait at Taco Bell for over 10 minutes upon their arrival. This place is always horribly slow inside. Definitely needs a better manager

The manager is running the place like he owns it, no one can order at the counter because only 2 employees speak English. Especial orders on drive thru or kiosk only. They screw the order and we ask for the missing item and the manager told us to leave.

Whom ever worked drive thru on Saturday November 1st at 1:52AM has a nasty attitude and can careless about this place. She is rude and needs to be coached how to be polite to customers. Had to tell her three times what my order was and the place isn’t that busy. You can tell she doesn’t want to be here but is content in being here. This is a go to place for me but might need to find something else. Was rude in the car behind me also.

This automated order taking thing they have is very annoying. There aren’t clear instructions and I know the staff can hear the order and didn’t offer to help. The first time I used this machine it kept adding stuff to my order whole I was trying to remove. I eventually got the hang of it but these fast food employees want more money whole everything is automated aside from making the food. Plus they didn’t have nachos when they make thme in house.
