I had a wonderful experience at Jason’s Deli thanks to Renita. From the moment she helped me, she was incredibly polite, patient, and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, took the time to answer my questions without rushing me, and even made some great suggestions that I ended up loving.
What really stood out was her kindness and genuine care. She made me feel comfortable, listened to what I wanted, and treated me with warmth and respect the entire time. Customer service like hers truly makes a difference, and Jason’s Deli is lucky to have her. I really appreciated Renita and wish there were more people like her!

I have dined at this location many times and it is usually good and clean. I went for lunch today and my small salad plate was dirty when given to me as was the small side bowl. This has not happened in the past but was disappointing to say the least. There were many tables with dirty dishes all over them today as well. I will be taking a break from here for a while. Check you dishes before you eat here!

I went to this specific location for the first time and had a great experience. Great service with a friendly smile from Ms. Renita who was very helpful to everyone who walked in while I placed my order. The food was also delicious and my kids, as usual, loved the Chicken Alfredo pasta meal. I added broccoli and Ms. Renita helped make sure I got that squared away for their order was well. It was a very delightful experience on a very cold Sunday afternoon. But that didn’t stop us from making ice cream cones of course

The ice cream machine has been broken for at least 3 months, probably longer. It only offers vanilla when it should also offer chocolate and swirl.
I started going to his location regularly since October and only the vanilla was working. As of yesterday Jan 14, only the vanilla is working. There was a handle for chocolate but it spat out liquid. Clearly broken.
Please fix your ice cream machine once and for all so it can offer the 3 flavors all Jason’s deli are meant to offer. The Peachtree corners location has all 3 working properly. Why can’t the tucker location have properly working machine?
Otherwise the food and service are all acceptable. No complaints.

Israel did a great job of explaining the options on the menu to me. I appreciate his patience as I ordered for the first time. I look forward to going back. The food was really good and the staff was equally as nice. I noticed they wiped the tables and discarded trash right after a guest left. No lingering mess. There was a nice amount of traffic at this location but I noticed a lot of to go orders. The dining area still had plenty of space to eat and Wi-Fi to work a bit.

What a nice surprise. I haven’t been to Jason’s Deli for 5 years. It has made its way into my favorite lunch places. This is an “order at the counter and they bring you your food” place. The menu is extensive. We had a BLT bowl (salad) and a huge baked potato (Plane Jane Lighter) with fountain drinks. I especially liked the 10% gratuity option instead of the starting at 18%, and drinks less than $3. Our lunch, for two, with tip was $30. The food was fresh and the portions generous. Service was fast and pleasant. The only issue was the teas were all weak, so we dumped them and got sodas. To top it off there is a complimentary soft serve ice cream cone dispenser.

Food was amazing as always (we had salad bars, desserts, and a Plain Jane baked potato) but my daughter and I also just had such a great experience while there. Angella helped us and was so incredibly kind & helpful, she made our visit really special & I just wanted to let someone know how much we appreciated her kindness & wonderful attitude towards us. She showed such care in dealing with my daughter, I was so grateful for that. And when I was having a stressful moment – she not only made it better, but did so with a smile! Please give this woman a raise, she truly deserves it & represents your company so very well! Thank you Angella, I’m so glad we stopped in while you were there too!

Wow! A salad bar less than 11 dollars on a 10 inch salad bowl! Forget the bland burgers or nasty chicken fil of fat fast food! This is a very nice local deli with lots of sitting space!

Been going to Jason’s Deli for a long time. The food is good and has good portion size. The staff is so sweet. They make you feel like you are apart of their family. The lady with purple hair… She is an angel!! Absolutely love her! Great customer service and the sweetest personality!
