To keep a long story short, a couple weeks ago they sent me to the other end of Marion to the other T.B. location because they were out of everything and wouldn’t give me a refund (mind you this is after I waited over an HOUR). I don’t leave a review then because I was hoping it was a fluke, I’ve never had an issue with this location before. I get in, get my food, and get out, no longer than 20 mins even on a busy day. Today, I waited 30 mins, just for my cheese on my food to be burnt, and getting 2 pieces of smushed chicken in a burrito I paid $7 for. I don’t know if it’s a change in management/employees that has made this location lacking, but I’m hoping they get it figured out soon. I like this location and it’s sad that all of my most recent experiences have been sub-par at best.

It’s 1:27am as I’m writing this. I placed a mobile order at 12:23am, I arrived at 12:27am. I have been sitting in the drive thru that long! I understand a short wait, especially when it’s busy maybe 10-15 minutes. This is ridiculous though! Management needs to get this one figured out because, this is clearly not a one off occurrence if you read other reviews. Hire more employees or something! Our order literally was $15! There is no reason to be waiting this long!

Extremely long wait time in drive thru. Waited over 15 minutes at the window for 2 tacos, 2 bean burritos and fries. I added an online order on the app WHILE we waited at the window. Still waiting on that order inside for about 12 minutes so far and there is still someone waiting who was already waiting inside when we got here. There are at least 3 employees and Noone seems to know what’s going on or how long anyone has been waiting. It is 10:52pm. I’ve never had to wait this long at any “fast” food place…EVER.

Worst fast food restaurant in all of Marion. Not even worth trying to order food from here. They left items out of our DoorDash order and the items that were delivered were all made incorrectly (missing ingredients). We contacted DoorDash support and reordered the items that were missing and made wrong, on our second reorder, AGAIN, every single item was made incorrectly. This time, there were the correct number of items, but two of them were missing ingredients and the third burrito had spicy sauce added to it (which is not even included on this item on the menu). Our DoorDash driver stated that the employees were loudly talking poorly about us and other customers in the lobby, and also said they were incredibly rude to the driver too. After our second attempt was delivered and everything was made incorrectly, we tried to make a third order, paid (not through support), which was only one burrito. This, once again, arrived made incorrectly; it did not have the sauce removed as requested and then again they also added an additional spicy sauce which is not included in the recipe for this burrito. Very disappointed in the poor quality of food, frustrated with the crappy service and bad attitude of the employees, and to be honest feeling very sorry for the poor DoorDash drivers who had to take the brunt of this whole mess. Will not be ordering from this Taco Bell probably ever again.

Easily the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. I am writing this as I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes with the same car in front of me. Yes, 20 minutes, not a single drive thru order completed. It wasn’t always this bad but lately, this is the norm.
Edit…almost 30 minutes without movement. Will continue to adjust as needed. This was on 12/6 between 3:40 and 4:10 pm

Not much positive to say about this Taco Bell… I’ve grabbed food here a handful of times over the past few weeks and my experience has been subpar.
Drive-thru times are awful during the evening – if theres several cars in line, you’ll likely be waiting 20+ minutes to leave with your food. I have waited in line for 40+ minutes before (on 12/20/25 around 7pm) with no option to leave bc of how the drive-thru lane is situated. Day-shift seems to have their ducks in order though, as I haven’t had this problem before 5pm.
The food is average – items taste good but don’t have much substance, and are by no means made consistently. Asking for double meat does nothing so you pay extra for no additional meat.
Staff are overall unremarkable, with some folks offering incredible service, while others are lacking. Have yet to have anyone outright rude though, so there’s that.
Unfortunately, cannot recommend either Taco Bell location in Marion. Your money is better spent elsewhere :

My food was cold after i sat in the line for 20 minutes. There was lettuce in my CHICKEN quesadilla. I asked for extra sauce and there was absolutely none. And they didn’t even give me a back or napkins or anything. Just handed me the quesadilla that was made wrong. And some how cold and not cooked. This is the worst taco bell i’ve ever gone to. DO NOT SUGGEST, go to mcdonald at least they will make your food hot and it will be cheaper and the staff there is WAY nicer.

For the past several months, my husband and I have been coming in, sometimes last (past 10 pm) and sometimes not. We would always ask first if there are black beans, because the first time we came there were none after ordering. They don’t do refunds, and black beans and rice are my main go tos.
This last time, I ask before hand, was told they had it, and after placing the order, they told me they actually don’t have black beans. The manager gave us some free taco coupons (that I personally won’t use, but my husband will) because this has happened several times. They write a note to have me get some free black beans and rice (Cora of both because that is what I ordered and paid for) next time. Queue today.
I go in, and they remember. They go to make it, and they add cheese for some reason? I can’t eat cheese. And it didn’t have extra of either. As they go to remake it, they run out of rice, and they give me just a normal portion. Attached is the picture of what I was given.

I do not recommend this place at all. The staff yell and curse constantly.
They mess up a lot and get agitated when you ask them to fix it or whatever.
We also have had times we paid for extras and didnt get them. (Will add pics of that.)

Rude slow and if someone can tell me why it takes 4 cars 45 minutes to get through drive through. The portions are always skimpy and if the foods not cold its burnt. Also I learned if you didnt/cant fold a burrito you just fold twice and make a triangle out of it so you make a mess
