I really enjoyed the chicken and fries here. The sauce was also amazing. But most importantly, I want to thank Noah once again for taking such great care of us. He checked on us throughout our meal, asked if we needed anything, and helped with anything we were missing. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I love Cane’s anywhere and anytime I visit. However, I am leaving this review specifically for a truly exceptional employee, Noah. I have never experienced a fast food restaurant worker who so clearly actually enjoyed doing their job. This young man went out of his way to be kind, friendly, and just all around went above and beyond. Noah I hope Cane’s gives you the recognition you deserve, thank you for being a good human!

Things to improve —> need to improve the cleanliness of the tables , and floor. I see drink spilt on the floor, trash on some of tables and No one clean those up

Ordered a Box Combo in the drive-thru today and went back to office.
Opened the meal to find 4 of the smallest *fingers* I’ve ever seen from any Cane’s visit. Barely bigger than a McNugget lol.
Will not be going to this location anytime soon or ever.

Got to the drive thru no one said anything for about 5 minutes untill I said somthing lady was very upset she yelled hello at me in the middle of my order and she repeated my order back to me and it was correct then when getting the good they said it was on the order she never added a meal even after repeating to me and was eating food at the window and sounded very mad for no reason. After edit seems like it was just one bad egg everything here was alot better second time coming I do now definitely recommend.

Its a good place with decent customer service, its just that food is not that good and that kinda matters if youre a fast food place.
I dont understand why they give you coleslaw, it should just be more fries or another bread, but thats not the biggest issue.
The chicken fingers are extremely small thats the biggest problem, and its unseasoned.

Compared to the one that I had eaten at in Vegas a few years, this was not too impressive. The fries were not quite completely done lacking flavor very little salt. The chicken was tender, but it lacked flavor and some of the breading was like a crumbly almost fish batter. I can explain it. and the garlic toast was really good. I was the saving grace of the meal crispy on the outside soft on the inside. The soda had about 3/4 of it was ice so there wasn’t a lot in there. I was in town. And thought I’d get it remembering how it was in Vegas and this was very disappointing. Maybe just a bad day.

Didn’t ask if I wanted ketchup. And these are the smallest chicken fingers. I’ve ever gotten from canes ever. If you go to the Apple Valley one, you’ll get about twice as much chicken. Because their chicken strips are bigger

Had an unfortunate experience in the drive thru recently. Line was already long and moving slowly. I only ordered a drink and fries. The car in front of me at the window took over 10 minutes for some reason and I think at a certain point were receiving free items to appease them. They seemed to be problematic but were being catered to as I could hear the conversation. Once I got to the window they apologized. Appreciated. I got my food and asked for an extra sauce, they wanted to charge an extra 50 cents for one sauce after I’d already been charged for the food. I said I didn’t want to use a card for 50 cents and after the wait asked if they could just give me the sauce. They basically argued with me until I just drove off. It was weird behavior and unsure why I was treated differently than the person in front of me.

Very clean. Service was fast and the employees were nice. Food came out steamy hot. This Cane’s has a nice covered outdoor seating area with fans. Overall I was impressed by this store. If you like chicken Fingers this is the place to go! Also the sweet tea is the best you can find around this area.
