I wasn’t sure what to expect walking into a Red Lobster in the middle of Nebraska, but I have to say—I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was welcoming, cozy, and comfortable, with soft music playing and a warm greeting from the host and staff as soon as I walked in.
I was quickly shown to my seat, and the service from my waitress, Karen, was excellent from start to finish. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. Not long after my meal arrived, the manager on duty, Amy, personally came by to check on my food and see if I needed anything else. That kind of attention to detail really stood out and made the experience feel more personal.
Now let’s talk about the food—honestly, it shocked me in the best way. The crab clusters were flavorful and a great size, and the shrimp portions were generous, cooked perfectly and packed with taste. For being far from the coast, the quality was way better than expected, and you really do get your bang for your buck. And of course, that fresh, warm bread they bring out before the meal is always a win.
Overall, this Red Lobster exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a good seafood spot for Nebraska—it’s a good seafood spot, period. Big thanks to Amy and Karen for the great service. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again.

For a red lobster is this a good one. Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service was pretty good. Beer was cold and food was good. We have eaten here a couple times over the years and it’s always been good. Breading on the fried fish, shrimp and scallops is perfect. Light and crispy. Everything was cooked perfectly. Menu is a little hard to follow. If you like red lobster or sea food I recommend trying this red lobster.

Made a reservation for a birthday dinner. Asked for the steak to be well well done no pink, came out pink and had to be cooked again. No offer to reduce price. They asked about our birthday celebration and mentioned a treat for the birthday person but never brought it. Old building but it was quiet. Waitress refilled drinks but didn’t take plates so it did get crowded.

I’m not from the area, but I was hoping to enjoy a nice Valentine’s Day dinner with my significant other. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. Although the restaurant wasn’t busy — there were no more than 10–15 people inside — we waited over 10 minutes without being acknowledged or seated. It felt as though we were overlooked, despite making eye contact with staff. After waiting with no communication, we decided to leave. I was really looking forward to the evening, so this was disappointing. (Black Couple BTW)

Restaurant was terrible. Me and my husband went trying to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a lunch. And didn’t even get seated or acknowledged and we waited for over 10 minutes in the front. The restaurant wasn’t even busy it was pretty empty. The establishment is racist the waiters and waitresses did not acknowledge us or come to seat us. They looked directly at us and pretended to be busy and it was only bout 3 other couples in the restaurant. I will make sure to never come back and everyone should know dis place ain’t black or POC friendly.

First time at this one and was not disappointed. Dined on a Monday about 7:15. It was not packed but there was a good dinner crowd. Greeters and wait staff were very polite and attentive. Selected Walt’s Shrimp and broccoli. Both were spot on – a sizeable portion of shrimp that couldn’t be finished and fresh broccoli that didn’t look like it had been in a steam table for hours. Oh, and you can never forget the Cheddar Bay Biscuits – fresh warm and delicious! Hat’s off to server Patrick – food was prepared quickly and he was attentive. Definitely worth a visit!
