McDonald’s is McDonald’s is McDonald’s- no matter where you go, it’s the same, except for the interior; and they’re all franchises; so, in other words, it’s the total responsibility of the owner(s) to make sure that their managers, employees, food, customers are all satisfied (to some extent). Sadly, this just isn’t so as the majority of reviews are less than four stars. I gave them a four star review- the foods not bad and the price is just right; as is the customer service.

Just left the drive thru with an order of 3 burgers and a 20 piece chicken nugget. The people working the drive thru were very courteous as I went through. However, my burgers weren’t made correctly despite it being on the ticket. If you come through make sure you check your food before you pull off.

I did a mobile order (& paid in-app) & as I was going through the drive thru to pick it out, a circuit blew. All their screens and half the machines stopped working. I couldn’t cancel my order and order at a new place. I went inside and immediately Brian figured out what I ordered and got it for me, free of cost. Amazing service & handling in an unexpected electrical mishap situation.

Took over 30 minutes to get my food, items were missing, employees were cursing each other out, and being rude to the customers inside the store. Definitely not going to use this location again.

Service is usually pretty good. The cheese is rarely melted on burgers or fish. The buns have been very hard lately. Also the sandwiches are so sloppy made with ketchup all over it.

There is no fresh tea. I did enjoy my food. The counter dirty. After eating a returned to the counter and there was still no first tea made and it was still in a deplorable situation.
Two employees did come and get free food but they had parked like they own the joint 1 person we work at McDonald’s to get free food.

Slowest one in town. Has asked me to pull forward and forgot about me multiple times. Takes 10+ mins to get two drink. Absolutely not an exaggeration. Goto Wendy’s

Just left McDonald’s on dirksen. These people need a manager in here. I asked one girl for cups for the ketchup and she looked at me like I was an idiot then went on break. No napkins were in the bins the counter with the soda and ketchup was filthy. When I came in they were standing around except person working window. Please train these kids to do their jobs and not run such a dirty restaurant

It’s McDonalds. I can’t believe I even got talked into going there. I am sure it was good, however I couldn’t say first hand. I can say first hand that the young lady at the drive through window was very polite and professional art the same time. There were 2 cars ahead of us and 3 behind at 1am, and the young lady was as pleasant and efficient as any person could be.
