Very unprofessional. Dirty. Hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Took very long w my DoorDash order. When it was done no one announced it was done they just left it on the scale and looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if it was done. I always have problems at the Wendy’s.

Absolutely disgusting! We stopped at this Wendy’s during a road trip with my two young kids and it was honestly a very disappointing experience. The changing table in the restroom was absolutely disgusting, which is unacceptable—especially for families traveling with infants. There were no tray liners available, so we had to place our food directly on a dirty tray.
The fries were cold, the soda machine wasn’t working, and our kids’ meal didn’t even include a toy. To make matters worse, the high chair was so filthy that I didn’t feel comfortable using it and ended up holding my baby while trying to eat.
This location clearly needs better cleanliness standards and attention to basic customer service, especially for families. We won’t be stopping here again.

Every time I order a fish sandwich it looks like they just dropped the fish again that’s been sitting there. It’s a bit confusing why someone has to ask for fresh food because you don’t all really follow food protocol. I’ve worked in fast food and I promise you if I don’t eat it, it won’t go out the window. All I want is fresh fish. I know the grease gets old, but there is no way in heck a fresh fish sandwich looks like this & then every time I call there either no ring or a ring, just no answer. Lol I bet when you all eat you all eat fresh. Be courteous bra GEEZ! Now wait, don’t get me wrong they fix the problem once you get a hold of them with no problems. But why go through all that when it can be done the fresh way the first time….

Literally the absolute worst establishment i think I have ever spent money at. Was missing several items from my order (almost $10 worth of food) the food we WAITED on was cold and not made correctly. the workers are all rude and unprofessional and always have attitudes. When I called to refund my money I was hung up on. 0/5 stars would be my rating if it was possible.

Constantly messes my order up despite ordering the same meal there almost daily for a year. Always has different staff because they never hire in good workers, and they never serve a frosty thats actually as cold as it needs to be. No frosty should be melty with the consistency of dish soap bubbles. I only eat there because it’s the cheapest in the area, if it wasnt for that i would never eat at a wendys again. This location seriously needs to step their game up.

I spend mad money at this particular Wendy’s…and I always tip. Daytime is on point! Late night has been very disappointing. They close at two, but the frosty machine is done at 1 or earlier…every time. Also, I asked for plain chicken nuggets with honey mustard…but NOT only did I get Spicy nuggets… I’m pretty sure that they were left over from at least two hours ago
The fries were mediocre at best. To be fair, I don’t generally care about fries. Unfortunately, they were the highlight of my meal. The nuggets were dry, cold and spicy when I specifically asked for Plain. I will stick to day shift with them. Night shift seems to only care about not having to make anything fresh.

They literally always mess up my food and going there they always have an attitude too. They just need to close this store for good.
