This is the best Burger King in Tampa. Before coming here, I visited two other locations—one on Florida Avenue where no one answered the drive-thru, and another on Busch where I was told the system was down and they were only accepting online orders.
I arrived at this location just two minutes before closing, and the team still took my order with no hesitation. My food was fresh, hot, and tasted great, especially the onion rings.
Thank you to the staff. I wish more Burger King locations operated like this one.

Now this applies to a certain crew. There is a great team working there. But there is a young man that sounds like you liked his dog when you order coffee. He is not part of the dream team. Told me one time @ 5:25 am 25 mins after opening. He said he didn’t have coffee ready. No coffee in the morning

I can not say enough nice things about this BK! This is the nicest customer service I’ve experienced in all of the Tampa area! Jules showed me exceptional care and compassion as my children screamed in the back seat. She brought the kids crowns and was so patient as I explained my needs. Worst burger king ever! Went in for breakfast on a Saturday morning and there no staff to take my order. Waited a few minutes and saw someone in the back who ignored me and walked away. Waited another 5 mins and when no one came to assist, I decided to order through their app. A while later a young girl came out of their office and asked what I wanted order which I then told her I order through their app. She did not apologize or said anything after but then went back into room/office. A week later I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and went back for breakfast. Once again no one in the front so I waited for about 4 mins. There was someone cooking in the back which noticed me and when I tried to get his help, he went back out of view. After a few more minutes, there was who seemed like was the manager come by and told me he’d get to me. He was looking for someone that I’m assuming was the person that was suppose man the front register. He wasn’t able to find her for a few more mins so he came over to take my order. He was not too friendly and appeared to be agitated. After roughly about 6 mins, finally the person that was suppose to handle the register strolled on by and sure enough it was the same young girl from last week who then proceeded to help the next customer. I got my meal from the manager without a word after he put my food on the table. Not even a thank you or anything.

I am absolutely livid right now. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with no ketchup and extra mustard. This thing is absolutely DRENCHED in sickenly sweet HONEY mustard! It is completely inedible! There is so much honey mustard on this thing that the TOP of the bun is covered and it soaked through one wrapper so it had to be wrapped again. This was 100% intentional. The first wrapper was folded and then wrapped again before putting it in the bag. Aside from that, my husband’s burger was ice cold, so was the chicken wrap, plus the chicken wrap was sloppy and not modified as requested. Oh, the fries were actually good, hence the second star.
Again, this was no accident. This was intentional. Completely inedible and thrown in the trash. No dinner for me, I guess. And the chat “help” on the website is a joke.

The steakhouse whopper was very tasty amd made fresh to order..$9.66 was pretty steep, but I would order again. The order taker was not friendly and welcoming.

Wow, Anthony really saved me! I had a large order with way past starving kiddos. Anthony swooped in to save me from the wrath of the hangry teens when I forgot to add the bacon on a whopper. He was quick to address the mistake I admittedly made, and caught the cooks just I’m time. My kids now insist I go to this location instead of the one on Fletcher & 30th. This location blows that one out of the water!
Anthony alone is a blessing, but the food is always hot and fresh, the employees are always friendly and driving their best to make everyone’s day a little better, and the restaurant including the bathrooms are always clean and kept up.

I honestly don’t know how this place has a 3.4 rating. The food is always perfect. The whopper has FRESH veggies, a good size patty and the fries blow McD’s away! As the kids say now, y’all “sleep” on Burger King. If you haven’t been in a while, I’d give them a try again. I don’t feel like complete trash after eating here. Don’t go downhill now… I need that whopper fix from time to time and OG onion rings.

I have no complaints for this store except one -why is it so cold inside its like a meat locker you can see smoke when you breath its so cold in there -Its Crazy running air conditioning set at 50 degrees inside when the air temp outside is in the 30s makes no sense and the managers dont do anything about it -like your talking a laguage they dont know -you have to bring your coat just to sit inside its CRAZY you would think somebody would notice as a corporation or business and say why is our electric bill so extremely HIGH and figure it out instead nope its just blowing out the window-FIX THAT AC unit or shut it off open your eyes-customers are NOT happy how it feels inside and leave-be sure to check your food its always under cooked and meat is red inside.
