Maeve, our server, was exceptional. She guided us through the menu with expertise, offering suggestions and accommodating any substitutions we desired. The Eagles crowd added to the lively atmosphere, as we settled in for the local game. Our order included the vegan Philly cheesesteak with fried onions and mozzarella (substituted for whiz), deep-fried artichokes with lemon aioli, polenta with marinara, vegan wings, and chickpea curry soup. To top it off, we enjoyed a cake slice from one of Bethlehem, PA’s favorite vegan bakeries.
Our food arrived promptly, and while the cheesesteak was good, it was not the best I’ve had. A bit greasy, but that’s to be expected with cheesesteaks. The flavors seemed slightly diluted due to the excess oil, impacting the overall taste. Nevertheless, it was satisfying and the rest of the meal was absolutely impeccable. We ended up taking leftovers home, appreciating the exceptional service and quality food provided by such establishments.
I am already looking forward to my next visit to the Triangle spot, this is a close second to Kyber Pass which remains my favorite nighttime bar offering vegan delights. Keep up the fantastic work!
Only slight complaint is that music was pretty loud but it did kinda help create a fun atmosphere.
2) Surprisingly fabulous food for late night eats
3) JP you are an incredible bartender! One of the best martinis I’ve had in a while! Thank you!
100% recommend, you will not regret it
I had the vegan buffalo elote, which is hard to find, the vegan crab cake sandwich and the flores rosada to drink. I should mention both the corn and crab cake were on the “specials” menu.
My friend had the chicken wings, roast beef sandwich and Long Island ice tea and peroni beer to drink.
The corn was fantastic. I barely spoke a word while eating it. The crab cake was also tasty. It had an interesting texture as it was deep fried on the outside, but the inside was pretty soft. I’d never had a vegan crab cake like that before. The Flores Rosada seemed to be watered down. I didn’t taste any alcohol.
My friend said half the wings were fried right and the other half weren’t hard enough. He really enjoyed the roast beef sandwich. He said he typically prefers gravy instead of au jus but enjoyed this sandwich.
We ordered 2 vegan carrot cakes to go. They were pretty dense and didn’t give me the true carrot cake feel.
All in all I would come here again, especially when in need of late night food.
Tons of vegan food, quick service and friendly folks. Place is tiny, but it adds to the charm IMHO.
The outside seating is nice with good weather and much quieter as well. The staff was fast and friendly as well. We will definitly be back.
