My five-year-old and I just had dinner here last night… Service was good, fast, friendly, food was good, great atmosphere. I really appreciate all the workers, I did not see one person on their phone the entire time. Pretty rare these days! my daughter really loved watching the guys throw the dough in the air and having the dough to play with at the table.

Draft list is always on point. Pizza is very good for traditional style, kinda saucy and would be nice if cheese went all they way to be on the crust; very large menu if folks don’t want pizza.

Rarely come to the Media area, so I asked for some recommendations and one person mentioned Pinocchio’s.
Let’s just say Im never listening to that individual ever again.
Im giving a 4 star review but my experience was more like 3.50 to 3.75.
People that left reviews here mentioned the poor service here, and although not poor, it was mediocre. Not the friendliest crew, and hard to track down.
Now on to the food.
Cheesesteak.
Flavor, actually wasn’t that bad. If they worked on the portion and got new rolls, they could actually be a decent location for cheesesteaks.
The roll was very basic. The roll is very important for a cheesesteak but this roll wasn’t it.
The portion was miniscule. I thought I had ordered from the kids menu. If you look at the photo you will see what I am talking about.
The chicken cheesesteak.
The portion was actually good for this one, but unlike the cheesesteak, it was lacking in flavor.
The reuben. Also small portion, and unfortunately, not that good.
Had high hopes, but alas, it didn’t meet my expectations.
However, in today’s economy, I will say that the prices were on the kinder side.

Stopped in for take out pizza. Quick and friendly service. Only waited 15-20 minutes to walk away with 2 pizzas. They have beer to go and also a beer garden which I didn’t get a chance to check out. Pizza was great, thin crust, sauce was sweet and delicious. I highly recommend!

The food was much better than the service and atmosphere, for sure. We were seated very quickly, but not greeted by our server for about 15 min. And that was only because I gave each server the eye as they passed. She arrived without an apology, seemed annoyed, without personality and not friendly. Her service was subpar. The pizza was delicious but again, took a much longer time to prepare than usual. Leeches we arrived at 7pm on a Thursday, there were many other diners but there seemed to be many services for the volume. Not sure why the service or food was delayed. Might return but will take out.

Been here a couple times, and will definitely be coming back a lot more after my experience the other night. I dropped the remains of my pizza on the ground while trying to put it in the to go box, and the staff immediately offered to replace it unprompted. I tried to say it was ok as it was my fault, but they insisted and made a whole new small pizza for me without charge. Amazing customer service and the food is good, and you can’t beat the beer selection. 5 stars!

This pizza has a very thin crust and is almost cracker-like. However it is very tasty and good and well worth the price. I had a very good experience at this place and I would certainly recommend it. It is an institution in Delaware county and I can see why. In order to get a takeout you go into the takeout section where they’re making the pizzas. They have at least five different cooks in there constantly making pizza and it is very very hot. However I checked out the restaurants and the restaurant was cool. This really shows some dedication on the part of the employees. I recommend Pinocchio’s highly. I would certainly try the other pizzas that they have there and their other fair. I had the sausage pizza. The sausages were very tasty as well.

Pinocchio’s in Media is one of those classic local spots that never gets old. The place has a warm, friendly vibe that makes you feel right at home the minute you walk in. Whether you’re there for a quick slice or a full meal with friends, the food always hits the spot. Their pizza is easily one of the best around — great crust, fresh sauce, and plenty of toppings to choose from. I also love that they have a nice variety of sandwiches and pastas, so there’s always something to mix it up.
It’s also a fun hangout for grabbing a beer since they’ve got a really solid selection on tap, which pairs perfectly with the cheesy goodness of their pies. The staff are always upbeat and helpful, even when the place gets busy on weekends. Parking can be a little tricky in Media sometimes, but honestly, it’s worth the effort just for their pizza and laid-back atmosphere.

Always packed so expect to wait for a table. Need to mention that the wait is worth it. They have very good food and the staff are working fluidly with each other. May be a bit noisy for some or even cluttered but it’s a tiny place doing big things and is a throwback for me to when I was growing up and had been consistent with their quality and service.
