The staff was friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious and fresh. The slaw dog was among the best in South Asheville.

Delicious! I was getting my car worked on and got hungry and decided to walk down and eat here. I got a bowl of pinto beans and cornbread and a drink for under $10.00!!!! It was delicious! Great atmosphere, great service!

A great local place with reasonability priced food and fast, friendly service. My wife wanted a salad. She got the Southern Fried Chicken Salad. After she got over the shock of the hard boiled egg pieces, which I got, she enjoyed her big salad. I got the Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Sandwich. My chicken was juicy and tasty. The Shakez coming out of the kitchen looked so good that we got Chocolate Peanut Butter Shakez for dessert. Fantastic!

We were on the way to Five Guys and remembered eating here a few years back so decided to give this local gem another visit. So glad we did! Perfect burgers and chicken sandwiches plus the fries were flawless. The vibe is the kind of throwback feel to those places full of good memories where you’d go after the high school football game. And the food is so much better than other chain-style restaurants at HALF the price. We can’t wait to go back.

It was my first time eating at French Fryz, but as a fry connoisseur, I have to say French Fryz is incredible. I had the Chicken Tenderz and Fryz and they were delicious. Next time I come, I’ll put cheese on my fries and have a shake too.

Classic all-American food. Clean, friendly, and everything we ordered was hot and fresh. I loved the decor that was reminiscent of the 1950s. It was such a yummy experience. We kept ordering more and topped off our lunch with an amazing milkshake.

I love the French fry’s however, every time I order online it’s never ready for pick up and I have to wait inside for 20 minutes. This is not an exaggeration. Why offer online orders if you never have them done? Food is also always some how cold when you get it even tho it was just cooked. The food tastes great but it’s a cluster when not even the staff know which number a person is or what they got.

We had the cheese burgers and of course the fries. EXCELLENT OUTSTANDING! Just as good as Five Guy’s and a little less expensive. We had the apple pie turnover alamode. We enjoyed it so much that we brought back our son the next weekend and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

Good selection of items including a black bean veggie burger, which is excellent. Not a frozen patty. Fries of course are good.
May not be the healthiest choice but if you want some fast and at a reasonable price give them a try.
Parking can be challenging and getting back into Hendersonville Rd a bit of a mess.

What a great old-fashioned hammer and hotdog place. Like diners of old. And the fries are amazing. Even will offer malt vinegar for you. Who remember getting french fries at the fair. It was a really good place and we really enjoyed the meal. And the prices were excellent. A hotdog for less than two bucks you can’t beat that.
