I gave this place one star because I’m extremely hurt about something that happened the last time I was there. My husband and I stopped here for dinner a few days ago and when we got to the drive thru window my husband handed the lady his debit card and then she gave my husband a very disgusted look. My husband has a condition called NF. It’s a condition where tumors grow all over a person’s body and doesn’t stop. People with this condition have to endure physical and mental pain on a daily basis. Also, it causes a person to feel disgusting and alone. My husband was absolutely devastated after we left the restaurant and this broke my heart. I told him I love him and that he’s the most beautiful person I’ve ever known. Please train your staff members to treat people with respect, even if a person looks different. Thank you.

as always, they never disappoint when you think of burgers, you can forget McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Wendy’s, and Hardee’s and most other fast food joints. This is truly a delicious flame broiled burger, always good quality, friendly service other than the slight mishap on the chicken sandwich we ordered with no spicy sauce instead of just getting those spicy sauce they made it completely plain, which is a common mistake in the restaurant industry I know myself I work in a restaurant and when you’re understaffed and there’s a high volume of customers, it’s hard to keep up sometimes, but that being said because I do work in a restaurant and hold myself to high standards. I hold them to high standards as well so guys great job on the food but please next time they attention to your orders and what the customer specifically wants other than that great job I will always be a returning customer.

lol I ordered once through drive through and went back in again and got more for later. The burgers are the best in town. They are meaty and options in meat like 1/4 , 1/2 so everyone gets the best deal. Best fries in fast food. Their chocolate shake is the best and wish it came in diabetes friendly option too. Whenever you go here there is always a line in drive through so there food is always fresh and hot. The service is friendly and welcoming. Overall it’s the best fast food joint but they could add a kids menu with toy or something to attract kids more. They definitely need to open branches all over Iowa.

The hamburger was completely cold. The fries were hot, bit because of the coldness of the burger itself, I literally spit it up one chunk at a time as I ride my bike back 6.4 miles to our travel trailer. I cannot recommend this place.
