Bestie and I went in last Friday and ordered the arch burgers with 4 strawberries and cream pies and upon leaving drive thru found they had forgotten the pies. I went in to just grab them but was told it would be a 13 minute wait. Our food would have gotten cold by the time we had gotten home so I asked if they could make fresh food once the pies were done. I gave the food we had gotten back. The manager Mason, was very attentive and kind in handling the matter. He made sure fresh food was made for us and throughout the whole process he never once seemed annoyed or irritated by my request. He was very happy to help and make things right. Once I got our food I thanked him for all he did and he said “of course, we love our customers here.” And you can definitely tell they do. The employees are nice, they’re helpful and if they’re unsure of something they seek out the needed help. We’ll definitely be putting this Mcdonalds as our favorite location. Just wanted to make sure Mason got the recognition he deserved for outstanding service.

Ordered what I would say is a basic order for a couple people, 2 large big Mac meals a 20 piece nugget and Oreo mcflurry, it takes 20+ minutes to get the food go and check the bags and they forget the 2 large Fry’s 1 of the big mac’s and half the 20 piece nuggets, was able to get most of the missing food, Besides the young man at the counter helping get most of the missing food items I’d have to say this location has the absolutely worst service of any McDonald’s I’ve been to, will never return to this location

I just stopped in for a quick coffee. And was told that their ice coffee machine was down and broken, but they compensated me with a lot. Show the Latte coffee for the same price. Which I very much appreciated the staff was kind, friendly and respectful.

Saturday morning = SLOW
Drive thru was surprisingly busy, but it literally took us 25 minutes to get through.
Cashier wouldn’t talk to us. No good morning, no food checks, nothing.
My bacon egg and cheese biscuit had half of the biscuit folded over itself.
You’re gonna wait this long anyway go sit somewhere else and enjoy you breakfast.

Horrible will never go back , one of the mangers with the white hair was so rude to me . I ask nicely for my food remade and they have gotten wrong again and she yelled at me . “ WHATS YOUR ORDER” after that I just left .

Waited over 45 minutes for two mcchickens for an ONLINE ORDER. Got dirty looks the entire time I waited while everyone aside from the teenager upfront screwed around. Then they got angry when I complained and gave me sandwiches that looked like someone threw at a wall before wrapping. Terrible experience and I already don’t expect much from a McDonald’s but come on.
