Food was typical and what you’d expect of Taco Bell. Lobby and bathrooms were messy and dirty. Customers service at the counter was non-existent, they said two words to you. Drive thru and kitchen staff overwhelmed with orders, only four visible people working and one on break in the lobby. Dine in orders averaged 10 mins from order to table. Uber driver was complaining about their long wait.

Took FOREVER today and we were missing half our food. Two cantina chicken crispy tacos had a pinch of chicken and cheese in it. Might as well have been eating tortilla chips that cost me $10. Not worth the time, not worth the headache, not worth the money for an empty stomach once it’s all said and done. Do yourself a favor and drive a few more minutes down 192 to the Taco Bell by Culver’s. The amount of time you spend driving is considerably shorter than the amount of time you are waiting to your food here and you actually get what you ordered and the tacos aren’t anemic.

Say what you like about taco bell, but its cheap and a it tastes great. Fed 4 people for $35. Can imagine it would be a fortune back in the uk.
Drive thru was busy and unsure what to order so popped inside. Self serve screen with all items customisable. Combo boxes worked out best options and everyone enjoyed and cheap and easy win after a day at the parks in orlando.

Was not allowed to order in drive thru Seems I was in a mobile app lane. And they were so busy only one other customer at the time!

I don’t know what it is at this location but it seems like every time lately we do the drive thru order there is almost always something missing from our order. I either see it when we get home or have to find out now before we leave the parking lot. So that sucks!!! Especially this time after waiting in line for 40 mins with it not being busy.

As far as taco bells go, this one is okay. The food tastes very different some days (in a bad way) to the point I can’t believe it’s the same meal I ordered last time. Employees are slow and if they say anything at all, most of them have an attitude. If it weren’t so close, I’d go to another. But the quality does mean I visit other restaurants more often than this Taco Bell.

Very poor communication skills among the employees to customers. Tacobell will always have great food but this tacobell lacks good customer service. I had such a simple order and multiple employees passing me I get ahold of one they put me off to another, with only 1 speaking directly to me, maybe this Tacobell needs a hiring event get these rude workers out and ones with manners in.

The cashier was nice and my order was on time, that’s why it’s 2 stars and not 1. My complaint has to do with those that prepared my order. No care in it whatsoever. Just plopped a scoop of beans on all 5 of my tostadas and didn’t bother to spread them out. Beans were dry and very little cheese. And my cinnamon twist wasn’t filled correctly. Very disappointing.
Update: I just visited again yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience. My tostadas were perfect. The best part is the cashier, Diana. If Taco Bell corporate has any sense, they will put this women in charge of training in customer service. With how polite and kind she is, I won’t be surprised if someone snatches her up for their company. I upped my rating from 2 stars to 5 because of her. Thank you Diana for making me and the other customers feel welcomed!

Past two trips yet again disappointed. The last time my quesadilla wasn’t even cut. This time I paid for extra steak and one quarter of the quesadilla didn’t even have steak! Probably my last visit to this location.
