The staff at this Wendy’s was unfriendly, which is unusual for me. There was a sign on the intercom indicating that they were out of fries and Frosties, which was quite surprising. When I asked for ranch dressing in the drive-thru, I didn’t receive it. I had to go inside and was given an almost frozen pack of ranch. My chicken wraps were also dry, which was disappointing, especially considering the amount of money we spent.

Should have read the reviews before coming here after an evening at Holiday World. Overall experience was terrible and yes this store is severely UNDERSTAFFED. Problem with that is, when we arrived (10 PM) we saw 2 of the workers I guess clocking out and leaving for the evening when there was 7 cars in the drive thru leaving what felt like either 1 or 2 people working there for the rest of the evening. The food was ok at best, nothing seemed “fresh” but also no lettuce on either of our sandwiches without being told there wouldn’t be any. Fries were cold. Overall a terrible experience here.
My advice, get some more people here to help out with the drive thru as this and Denny’s are the main 2 food options for the 2 Hotels in this area.

If i could give a zero i would. My sister just got lunch from here and bit into a raw chicken sandwich. I tried called 7 times and was sent to voicemail each time. This is a health issue and needs to be address.

This particular location seems to be understaffed. So I can’t hold much against them. Two separate people tried to upsell me spicy nuggets. When I specifically said I wanted NOT spicy nuggets (AKA crispy). They didn’t give any reason or indication as to why. Just tried to convince me to get spicy nuggets. So it shouldn’t have been a surprise when my nuggets took longer to make. Although they tasted wonderful, I’m not complaining about the wait time. My best guess is they had to make new crispy nuggets and were trying to get rid of the spicy ones. The tables hadn’t been wiped off in a bit. The main thing is, the cashier started complaining about a customer to another customer. I get it, you’re frustrated, but maybe don’t talk about your customers where other customers can overhear? Oh well, I’m only writing this review because Google won’t leave me alone until I do.

Literally every time we come through here, the food is great, but the wait is at least 30 minutes to even have your order taken. After today’s wait of 45 minutes and being told to wait after I had ordered the four things we ordered (2 sets of 10 piece nuggets and two frosties) we were told to give them a moment with one (1 singular) car at their window. After being told about this places reputation, and my experiences, I am ept to believe what has been said. Work of getting more ppl or close your doors.

Just left a company picnic at holiday world. People with me were hungry. Only place to eat besides Denny’s was Wendy’s. We went to the driv thru. Waited at least 25 mins in the line to order and we were the 3rd car. Got to the window, they told us they were out of medium and large drink lids. Already frustrated we said ok we will take small drinks. Still charged for the ones that come with the meals. No discount. Pulled around and waited another 15 mins just to get to the window to get our food. Finally get to the window to pay and waited another 7 mins to pay. Finally got our food. Hit the road back to home. Wife says wait a minute as she’s preparing my spicy chicken sandwich so I can eat while driving. She felt the chicken and it was cold. She did more tearing into it and it was COMPLETELY RAW. The breading was falling off and the chicken was RAW. If she hadn’t looked at the sandwich I would’ve taken and possibly swallowed raw chicken. We turned around and headed back to Wendy’s. Everyone else’s meals were fine as they ordered burgers. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot I got out of the car with the raw chicken and proceeded to the drive thru to let people know not to eat here and showed them what they served me. As I finished the drive thru I went to the people walking in and showed them and suggested they find another place down the road to eat. Went to the front door and they had locked the doors. Luckily a customer let me in. Walked to the counter told them I wanted my money back and showed them what I had gotten. RAW CHICKEN. She asked which chicken I ordered. I said it didn’t matter. She then again asked and I told her the spicy chicken. Woman at the counter yelled don’t serve the spicy chicken. I was like…don’t serve any of the chicken. She kinda smirked and proceeded to give me the 7 dollars and change back for just my meal. I wanted all of it refunded because it the ordeal. I said I will never return and I will let others who I know visit holiday world to not return either. I finally left. And had to wait till I got home to eat as I was so disgusted.
