Enjoy the good customer service, great tasting pizza and the Gluten Free option, able to add plenty of veggies options too. Size of pizza can accommodate 2 persons. My daughter and I shared, we had two slices left over. Yum!!

I ordered 3 pizzas online with a wait time of 27 min. At the time my pizza was to be ready, I went into the store and the staff said someone came in and took that order off of their online pick up shelf. Apparently they do not ask that customers give their name to see if they are grabbing a correct order, or if they had even ordered any pizza at all. The staff very unapologetically stated they will just remake the pizzas with no type of compensation or any attempt to make the situation right.
Then 2 of the 3 pizzas were made incorrectly. One was missing the pepperoni that was ordered, also should have had extra sauce which the sauce was very sparse. The other pizza had about 2-3 full slices that were missing anything, pepperoni sausage and beef were ordered, so for that much of the pizza to be missing ingredients is unacceptable. I had also orders hot honey on this one and that was not applied either.
I would recommend to check your pizzas before leaving. I double checked my order afterward and everything that was missing was indeed ordered. Wonder if my original ones were made correctly?

Wow this mods is the most hit or miss restaurant I have ever been to. It really hasn’t tasted good the past 2 times we’ve been here but it was so good the first 6 months it was open. Anyway the girl who helped us acted like she didn’t want to be there, didn’t listen after asking questions, missed 2 things on mine and 1 on my wife’s. Both our pizzas had tons of sauce and hardly any cheese or toppings. I get a lot on my pizza and all I tasted was tomato paste. Look at that picture… save your money and go somewhere else or make your own.

Went to MOD on 2/8 just before 8:45pm. They close at 10 pm. When I walked in with my family, it looked like it was closed. I walked back out to check the closing time on the door, and there were no store hours posted. I checked Google maps and asked them, and they said they closed at 10.
They restaurant is half closed down, and chairs and drinks are already cleaned and put away. We had 8 people, and we were treated like we were bothering them to be there.
We had no were to sit other than the high top, which does not work for our family. I pulled out chairs that were already stacked and put away. We were treated like we were bothering they. They were all looking at us, talking with attitude, and did not care to hide it. They kept coming out and sweeping by us.
It was rude and extremely uncalled for an hour before you closed.
I get wanting to get a head of closing, but this was terrible.
Also, I wondered if the order ticket was food grade. It transfered to the back of my kids’ pizza.
We have been to MOD a lot and never had this bad of an experience.

Pizza crust is not as good as it used to be – recipe has changed. But the biggest issue is pizza boxes have extremely strong chemical smell. It comes off in your hands and doesn’t even wash off much with soap and water until you wash several times and it wears away. Overnight leftover pizza left in boxes tastes like chemicals and is bitter and inedible. Googling pizza boxes and chemicals turns up a whole host of issues that result from these chemicals. Very scary to learn of this. Will not be ordering again. Most of our order was wasted and had to be trashed.

Mod pizza is a great place to have a custom pizza built. I like them because you pick your crust, your sauce and all the toppings then they fire it in a real brick oven. If you go there and are disappointed it’s on you because you design anything you want!
Go check them out and let me know what you think! The place is clean and the crew is polite. Fun for couples or the entire family. Lots of out door seating.

To the manager on duty at Mod Pizza on Wednesday, 2/15, at 6:41 PM: your behavior is completely unacceptable. The way you spoke to customers, including telling someone they’re ‘not as important’ as another customer because he’s in store, is unprofessional and shocking. If your attitude is that negative, perhaps this is not the right role for you. Mod Pizza, you need to do better–this is not the kind of experience customers should have. I’m genuinely surprised someone with such poor conduct is in this position.

Slow service. Trash all over the floor by the drink station. Extremely rude young lady running the cash register who hardly muttered two words to customers but was totally ok shouting at her co workers.
The young lady who made our pizzas was super fun and enjoyable, I will give you that.
