I used to love coming to this specific Buffalo Wild Wings. Unfortunately, my last experience was not so good. The floor was absolutely filthy! I only got a small video of the floor but believe me when I say there was so much trash on the floor and even wings. Not sure if a worker saw me do this recording but not long after is when they started cleaning up. The service was good though which I’m thankful for.

I finally went here, I first made a mistake going to a table not knowing it’s not self seating, but the lady was nice in letting us know and finding a table for us, she was so nice and nicely handed us menus for us to look for what we wanted, this place is incredible it looks like an actual bar, with several TVs, and even have a bar in the front I don’t have a picture of that though, the Buffalo mascot on the wall is so freaking sick dude, my wings were so good and spicy, with the side of fries,with carrots and celery the carrots were too hard for my braces but the celery was pretty good, the amount of TVs here I can imagine how it is right now with the NBA Finals, and with the Super Bowl, imagine how it’ll be during the World Cup next year, bro I loved this place definitely recommend it.

We were all done with our meal and my husband just barely got his order, and he didn’t eat all day since he was busy at work. He was so hungry too. Never again will I come back. We’re paying a lot of money for bad service. We never got refills on our drinks. Restaurants are so over rated now. You can’t get good service anymore. I gave them one star because that was the only option.

Services were slow, and my hubby and I waited at least 20-30 mins between each wings order. We had the AYCE wings. The wait for the order fills me up faster than the wings. You don’t get AYCE carrots and celery, only fries. As long as you eat more than 20 wings each, you’ll make your money worth.

It’s been a little while since I had been here, I had a pulled pork sandwich before buy they no longer carry that.
So I got the crispy buffalo ranch chicken sandwich it was real flavorful highly recommend it.
A 10 piece of half wild and Asian zinc are my go to flavors.
The potatoe wedges where very good I recommend those as well.
Went back this weekend with my parents and our waiter was amazing, she is a hustler I forgot her name but I promise I will update her name when I go back. She’s short colored eyes and she is all over the place. Very helpful and attentive.

Absolutely disgusting experience. This Bdubs was filthy!!! Trash everywhere!!!!
dirty tables, grimy floors, and an overall neglected, unsanitary feel. The food was straight-up inedible. Everything was overcooked, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp forever. No flavor, no quality, just a waste of money.
To make it worse, the service was awful. Our waitress was completely inattentive and clearly didn’t care. Long waits for everything, no refills, no check-ins, and we basically felt ignored the entire time. This place has gone downhill badly. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere else. Never coming back.

Went here to watch fight night. Not sure why we’ve never done that before. Nice place to do such a thing. They turn the commentary on for the main card. We liked the food as much as you can like a wing spot. The drink I had was good. Liked the pretzels more than the cheese curds. The portion of fries was very small. The chicken was just ok.

So even though food quality was good service was horrible!!!! We were a party of four and we all got our food at different times. It took 30 minutes from when we got the first meal to get the last meal. The manager gave us some crazy story that it’s the way corporate has them staggering the food orders even though it’s all one order. They were also out of almost every beer that we ordered but the server took 10 minutes between to even come back to say they were out. Definitely won’t be back again. They didn’t even offer a free dessert or to comp any of the bill
