Our 2nd visit here. We really like the food and pur server was great, despite the restaurant being full. Our food came out quickly and was hot and fresh.
We had hot green tea (delicious!), a miso soup and a clean soup. The clean soup was delicious – its chicken broth with mushrooms and green onion. We also had veggie pad Thai, General Tso’s, ginger fried rice w/ steak, and a Beckley roll. The pad Thai noodles aren’t the wide rice noodles I’m used to, but they are good. The portions are huge too! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I feel the fried rice needs something more – more flavor/spices and maybe some veggies like peas and green onion. Its somewhat bland but still not bad. Also, it was pretty chilly in there – we kept our coats on until we got our tea and soup.
We love it though and will definitely continue eating there.

Bathroom was dirty. Customer service was great! My husband got steak and it was amazing. I had general Tso and it was mostly batter, little chicken. The noodles were cold and the soup was hot and delicious. They did ask if our food was okay. Overall, it was okay.

A subtle restaurant in a good small town with variety of items in menu.
The food was delicious, full of tatse and reasonably priced.
Tried salmon roll, ginger fried rice, chicken hibachi and all of them turned out to be perfectly balanced in taste and cooking.
The only item at par was vegetable tempura.
The quantity of the food is good enough for 2 meals.

Don’t let the outside of the place fool you the food was super good! Our server was absolutely hustling and working so hard I was so impressed. It was busy for a good reason when we went- good food and very fair prices. Visiting from out of town, but I would totally go again if I’m ever back in Beckley!

Absolutely the best place in Beckley to eat! I get the hibachi steak and it is always amazing and I have extra for lunch the next day. The portions are very generous and always delicious. The ginger dressing (WOW) you could put that stuff on anything and it would be the best thing you’ve ever ate. I always order extra.

It was good. Your average hibachi. They put a sweet sauce on the meat which is new to me and I wasn’t a fan. It would be great for that to be an option to take off or just know that it’s there to be kept off. The rest of the food was yummy. It was $95 after tip for 2 adults and 2 kids. They have a koi fish pond that has way too many fish in such a small area that they also sell (very odd) and also sad. These fish need lots of room for how big they are and the water was extremely murky. I’ve never seen a pond like it in a restaurant before (as a fish lover, I was sad). The restaurant seemed clean overall but definitely needs some upgrades. The woodwork art they had around the restaurant was gorgeous. The waitress was super nice she has a boot on her foot I’m guessing she was hurt but still had to work. I understand everyone has bills to pay. I hope she gets well soon.

Nice and friendly staff. My wife and kids love the dumplings and sushi, and their chicken is amazing. The only thing I’d suggest is giving the fried rice a bit more flavor—maybe a little kick or even a drizzle of chicken juices to tie it all together. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and will definitely try it again.

Wasabi fusion if anything lowers expectations at first glance, but after entering everything was great from there. They had great, timely service and in addition our waiter also cracked jokes and really added to the experience. I ordered the hot & sour soup and then the hibachi with steak and shrimp (on Lo Mein). The food was excellent, I was a bit worried about the soup when I was served it, but it was one of the best I’ve had. Furthermore the entire meal was very tasty, the only bad thing was the meat was a bit chewy but it wasn’t even that bad. I would return here and recommend it.
