Not sure about some of these ratings and comments but, I’ve been coming to this location since it opened up years ago. It can get busy at times but, that’s a good sign to me. That means the food is constantly being prepared and is fresh. It’s well worth the wait to me and others I bring. The only negative would be that the portions are smaller since COVID. Otherwise, I’ll still be coming when I can. Thank you and, keep up the great work and serving the great Mexican food we all have come to ❤️ here in South Bay. ❤️

My sis ordered 3 California burritos (via phone) and it’s mostly French fries inside, no cheese and very little beef. You can see from the cross section pics. This should have been named French fries burrito.
Used to have good sized portions. There are better options around for decent burrito. We won’t be going back to this location (Sunbow Plaza) until they improve.

Extremely disappointing. This was supposed to be a California burrito with sour cream, guacamole, and cheese, but that’s definitely not what I received. You can clearly see the fries, a bit of meat, and a little cheese—but the guacamole and sour cream are basically nonexistent. The burrito was also very small with almost none of the advertised add-ins. I wouldn’t buy this again. The reviews are accurate! This place has definitely fallen off.

Very expensive to me. $10 for 5 rolled tacos. Roberto charges way less for the same thing g if not better. $13 for 2 carne asada tacos. They were big, I give them that, but they weren’t great. Service was great, with wonderful smiles. But definitely not worth all the hype.

Terrible food. Their food quality has gone down. Bottom tier. No flavor, order a deluxe, you get barely any meat. No flavor whatsoever. Honestly save yourself don’t even go here anymore. But the staff was cute and nice, so that’s the positive.

Saddest carne asada burrito ever. Bought 3 for a total of $34.26. Not cheap, took forever to order and now the quality is terrible. They used to be food but now it’s just done with the the min ingredients and you can tell. I feel robbed.

Good food the meat could need more seasoning, they charge for everything extra. The green salsa is what i use for my carne asada chips. The rolled tacos were good.

I’m not sure what happened to this specific Lolita’s location. I used to visit all the time, loved how close it was to my home, and the food quality was above average. However, in the past six months, the quality has dropped significantly. I can’t speak for other locations; however, this one is no longer good. I would strongly advise against eating here.
