First I will say that I’ve dined in many times and would rate them a 4 star for that. However, we tried takeout because of not feeling well but still wanting Valentines day to be special. It was horrible. The app said it would be ready in 20 min,(6:20pm) then switched to over 30 after I put my order in (7pm). Not to big of a deal – until I got there at 7pm and first they daid it was delivered and even showed a paid tip, then when I explained i obviously didn’t order it for delivery as i live a distance away, they said they were working on it… which they “did” until almost 8pm. I had to stand at their counter and watch delivery driver after delivery driver get their orders but never mine. I chatted with a few of them asking what time their orders were placed – they were after mine. The hostessoffered me a soda while I waited as their apology and expected that to make it all better. Worse was them just saying they were busy, and i should have expected to wait longer than they promised. It wasn’t until I told them to just cancel my order because i was 5 min away from waiting inside for an hour, that it was magically “being bagged up”. Our food was so greasy (pics of box below to show the grease on the box when we took it out of the bag. I will never order take out here again, and after standing in there for an hour watching them seat couples and small groups while a family with small children waited almost an hour for 2 tables to open close together, I don’t know that I will eat inside any time soon either. If they had made the other couples/groups that got there after that family wait a few min, the family would have gotten 2 tables together much sooner. Would never go there on a projected, busy night. They can’t handle it.

We stopped in for a quick, late lunch and that’s what we got. Angela, our waitress was so friendly and took care of us right away. Our food arrived fast and it was delish. We were never without a drink, an essential since I like spicy wings. We also appreciated that Angela let us use the napkins ourselves (inside joke ).

The service was good. The food was LOADED with salt so much that I couldn’t taste the flavor of the food! Every thing I put in my mouth was just SALTY and NASTY! It may have tasted good if it weren’t for the salt. They brought me a burger with NO CHEESE on it. Just 2 meat patties put together. The server went to get me 2 cold slices of cheese and I had to send back for them to melt the cheese on it. Couldn’t eat the fries due to the amount of salt. Couldn’t eat the chips due to salt and the chicken Buffalo dip was soooooo salty. That’s all I could taste. I’m disappointed. The sweet tea was good. My husband liked his boneless wings and tots. He ate most of it.

Always love to go to watch different sports. Love the atmosphere. Aaron our server was amazing and on if tonight. Didn’t have to ask for refills or anything we needed. He was spot on. We will be going back again for another date night in future. Thanks BWW!

Love this place. The service is always amazing, the servers are incredible, and I have had absolutely no issues with service. If the food is wrong, it gets fixed, it always come out hot, and they are always prompt. One of the best places to eat in Rolla.

Typical BWW. Food is usually good, staff is usually friendly and there’s always sports to watch on the tvs. It’s a nice place to hang out with the family and get a warm meal. The prices seem a little high for what they offer. Normally we go in and sit down but tonight we got take out. It was good.

We ate dinner here on Sep 27, 2025 and had a pretty bad experience. We arrived at 6:30pm, starving and ready to eat. There was some open tables here and there and once we got seated, our server was friendly and helpful and took our order. But then we waited, and waited, and waited, and everyone around us were waiting as well.
After 20-30 minutes, the server started apologizing about how long it was taking. As we started looking around, I noticed that there was a steady stream of people coming in and getting to-go orders. We were starting to get frustrated but wanted to be patient with our server, as the people sitting behind us were really mad and it was a little uncomfortable and we didn’t want to make our server feel bad.
At 7:45pm, we asked to speak with a manager, who told us they had been flooded with to-go orders and assured us they were going to make our food as soon as possible and that we would be getting a discount. At this point, a table of 10 ladies sitting right by us decided to leave instead of waiting any longer.
Finally, just before 8pm (~1 hour 20 minutes after ordering), we finally received our food.
Fortunately, the food was good, as usual, but after we finished eating, we sat waiting to get the check. Finally, the waiter came by with our “pre-discount” check and said he thought we were getting a $10 discount, so then we were waiting again to get the discounted check. Probably waited another 10 minutes until he finally came back with a $5 discount on our ticket (which was originally $38 before the discount).
At this point, I was obviously very frustrated, but we had our daughter with us who was just ready to go, so decided not to confront the manager and just left.
After observing the whole situation, what I think happened was they did indeed receive a bunch of to-go orders, but instead of being proactive and either shutting off the online store or warning people coming in to eat and proactively dealing with the people in the restaurant, the manager just decided to do nothing and hope for the best.
We do like the food here, but we definitely got a bad taste in our mouth from this experience. I would recommend if you go here and you are waiting awhile for your food, be proactive about asking if your food is actually getting made.
