This sonic has the best customer service. I also want to say, I ordered a hot fudge Sundae several times and they were made perfectly. I went to the sonic near wells rd and they put maybe a half tsp of hot fudge in the Sundae. It was the worst. You could tell the difference in the food and service light night and day.

I got chili cheese tots. They were really good. Corn dog was good but chicken strips in the picture were different from the chicken strips I got, very disappointed. The car hop couldn’t read my order back to me either.

When they answered the call you could hear people laughing in the back ground amd barely hear the lady taking the order. The lady that took our order cut my husband off before he finished he’d order and told us the total and hung up on us. We hit the red button numerous times and you heard them laughing in the back ground and they hung up each time. We didnt even get a chance to order for our son so we just left. Being a manger of a restaurant this is completely unprofessional and upsetting. Worst experience ever.

On July 3rd 2025… We visited your restaurant. We repeated our order at least 5times. 2 number 3s, with tator tots, no cheese or mayo no drink on one order. No cheese or onions and and a coke on the other. Tater tots were Miss ing on one order.I definitely wanted to drive off, but my cousin waited … It took over 20 minutes for us to get an order of tator tots and we only got them at that time when I got out of car. And we were charged 3 dollars and 40cent for a medium fry that was supposed to come with meal. We love Sonic…. But this day was such a a disappointment and waste of time. I pray we never have to experience this again. Continued Blessings
