All the tacos shells was in about 20 pieces. Would not even wrap up the tacos so he just folded the paper over it. We picked up our order we left could not even get the tacos out of the back cuz they was in so many pieces and they just fell out the paper. Never eat at this Taco Bell

This restaurant is SOOOOO slow. My order – very small and uncomplicated – took about 15 minutes to prepare. I ordered in the store, and it appeared the food prep folks always prepared drive thru orders first, regardless of when the car pulled up. So, as long as there was a constant string of cars in drive thru, the food prep folks would not work on the orders for the several of us who made the mistake of ordering in the restaurant

Well, at first the order was a bit messed up. It happens we are all human and i currently work in the food industry myself. Went back and didnt realize they couldnt take the food back so the manager had to take my word for it. Made all the food himself and it was bangin’. I come in almost everyday when working next door, and the first few times I’ve been okay with ending up with tomatoes on my food which I’m allergic to and I put no tomatoes on my orders cause two managers there would fix it with no hesitation lately I’ve been going later in the afternoon and lately the men who work that shift have attitude when I need something fixed and on top of that my food is still messed up I may just be one customer but gosh I just don’t care to come there no more but yet it’s the only way to get any food from being at work from 9am to 9pm and I’m not the type to DoorDash but I might as well start it’s gotten that tiring getting my food messed up and the attitude from it these aren’t even all the photos I’m just not as rude I have 13 pictures from when my orders where messed up and it just sucks that I keep wasting my money I know it won’t hurt yall losing me as a customer but it just sucks and tonight threw me over with the chicken being the size of my pinky and it frustrated me cause it’s the first thing I’ve got to eat all day since now this morning so thanks tacobell for the fufilling dinner.

Ordered a door dash delivery while stuck at work. Put 15 sauce packets on the order trying to ensure I at least got something since they notoriously forget. Got my food and not a single sauce packet! Says right in the ticket it’s in the door dash order and everything. Tried calling the store twice and no answer. So now I get to eat some flavorless food cause I can’t just run to the store to make them give it to me.

The last time my family came in here, for dinner, it took over 40 minutes to get our order. Then we were missing multiple items, so I went to the counter to ask for them. Staff argued that everything was in the bag, then when I pointed out one of my kids didn’t get his order, at all, they were super rude about handing the missing items to us.
The time before this, same thing except the supervisor was in the back. Yelling about how no one wants to work, or show up to actually do shit. Then, as we were waiting for missing items, an employee walked in the front door and the supervisor started yelling at her for showing up late, and being ignorant. If you want taco bell, you can cook all their food at home for cheaper, in the same amount of time, and less of a headache than dealing with this location.

I ordered through DoorDash and ended up having to order two separate times. On the first order they missed half of my drinks and half of the food. DoorDash issued me credits for the mess up however this is where I got upset because I used that to order the rest of the food that was missing for my family. When the second order arrived it was completely incorrect. I just don’t understand how you can mess up two separate orders for the same person twice in an hour? How are people supposed to know they’re getting the food they paid for? When I called the store to ask about it the only thing they had to say was bring in the receipt and we’ll make it fresh for you but I can’t trust that my food will be made correctly.

Went in for a door dash and the manager that thinks he is JonB was out in the lobby playing with his kid and my door dash was already 15 minutes late. Then the little girl at the window had a problem with me telling her I was not taking my customer a watered down drink that was sitting there when I walked in 20 minutes ago. Please don’t order door dash from here because they give no craps.
