On Thursday 1/15/26 at 610pm I placed an order on the five guy app, as I have done several times in the past with zero issues. Always good food. The app said ready in 7-12 min, I arrived about 620pm, proceeded to the pick up counter. Yes they appeared busy, but it’s never been an issue in the past, never waited more than 10 min before. So I waited about 1/2 hr before I went to the young man working the register, he was courteous, and asked a young lady who appeared to be either a manager or supervisor, and she was very visibly overwhelmed. The way she kept shifting the crew on what they were working on, and addressing the team, did not seem she is a very effective leader. Anyways, I watched people walk in, place orders & receive their order way before mine. When I had been waiting almost an hour, I asked the young lady, if my receipt would show the time I placed the order, and instead of answering the question, she proceeded to say they are busy, and nobody has had a break or restroom break, or water. This did not answer my question. I did tell her that I do understand, as I also work in customer service, I was still in my work uniform, she handed me 3 store cards, and said here, this is worth more than whatever you ordered. She was loud & aggressive, and very visibly overwhelmed, and I tried talking to her low enough as to not cause any attention, it was just a simple question. See, I try to be very understanding & patient when it comes to service, because my job is in service. But this experience has really agitated me, because although I can understand her situation, myself as a customer, who deals with people 7am until 5pm, and no breaks are given at my job, you are paid to work through them. I myself was very hungry, but kept calm, because I don’t feel it’s appropriate to cause scenes. The only person that was polite, and helpful, was a young g man named Robert. He ended up getting my order for me, and I thanked him, because you can see that he was trying his best to keep things together. So my entire wait, standing at the pick up counter was an hour, I am not exaggerating, I left out at 725pm. I can only hope that the young lady gets whatever help she needs, and possibly coaching on leadership skills. I know the customer is not always right, but when you take the time to place an order ahead of time, you kind of expect it to be ready, if not close to ready around the time quoted, not standing with zero acknowledgment for that long of time. I have pics to upload showing how long it was supposed to be, and what time my order was received.

I gave the cashier a hard time by paying with 3 separate gift cards and she handled it great. The food was amazing and the service was quick!

We had the greatest time with our grandkids at Five Guys. We went there for a French fry date with three of our grandkids, and with an order of two large french fries, all five of us were able to make a wonderful meal and wonderful memory together. The employees were extra courteous, one even acquired some dipping sauce for us that was not otherwise available in the store! Another one was very kind and helped us take a group picture together. This is a excellent location for you to enjoy your burgers and fries. We couldn’t be happier.

Best run 5 guys I’ve been to! Employees actually multitasking, not trying to only take care of one order at a time and screwing customers over. We paid, pored our drinks, found a seat, then as we were sitting they called our number. Fast, we’ll prepared, and correct!

From the service to the food…excellence! Every single worker at this location goes above and beyond! They are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive! The food is always on point as well! And it is clean. They are constantly wiping down tables, chairs, and behind the counter… they don’t leave it all sit until the end of the night before closing, they clean up throughout the whole day!!

The best fast food chain ever!

From the delicious French fries and burgers to peanut butter milkshakes, this is my favourite fast food joint (even if it is a bit pricey and clean tables hard to find).

Thank you!

Ordered blt. It was made with cold day old bacon. I think over$7 is too much to charge for old cold bacon sandwich.
Fries were hot. Milkshake was good but no spoon to eat it!

I had a puck of coffee concentrate in my milkshake that turned my mouth black and it was unedible, my burger was coated in something and tasted sour and spoiled, I cant put the taste into words but it was very off, my bag was also completely filled to the top with fries like my whole entire bag was cajun fries and my burger was smashed in the bottom, I worked in customer service and this felt like someone was having a tantrum and couldn’t handle a fairly easy job if you cant handle a three item order without throwing a fit, you should look for another job. This was disgusting and a waste of money paying over $20 for inedible food is insane thats 2 hours of work I worked 2 hours to get food and immediately throw it out. Thanks
