This place is HORRIBLE. We went with a large party. The waitress Mahnoor was awful. She forgot to put one of the guest order in. Everyone at the table received their food and finished before the food finally came out which was about an hour later. She blamed the kitchen for the order not being made with everyone else’s order. The bill was incorrect the manager had to fix it. Found another error and made the waitress aware of the error and she catches an attitude. If you get a server named Mahnoor it’s best to asked to be seated elsewhere. She will mess your order up, add things to the ticket that you didn’t order and throw a fit once it’s brought to her attention. I won’t visit this location again. Oh and don’t ask for a drink with lite ice either because they will give you a glass half filled just because you didn’t want it waterd down with ice. The service is slow, the food is mediocre and your final bill will be incorrect. Find another location to patronize.

This is me and my Significant Other’s 3rd time here. EACH time there has been an issue. If I could give 0 stars I would.
1. The staff is very standoff-ish. Every time we would show for a meal and the server would come over, we would have to ask for refills/utensils/napkins. Nothing was provided without request besides the menu by the hostess/host.
2. The music is very loud and makes it hard to hear the person in front of you. Not to mention with less people in the restaurant most of the sound echoes, amplifying the generic “feel good” music.
3. The most recent time, being today, the server was never around to ask if we needed anything, my food came out 10-15 minutes before my significant other’s, and the kitchen was blamed for the delay, no problem. But, constant empty glasses needing refills, empty plates not being cleared from our tables, all the works of poor initiative/training. Now, I don’t know what goes on behind the scenes, but logically there should be minimal to no delay at 6 pm on a Wednesday night with 3-5 other tables occupied excluding the two people at the bar being served. It’s really a shame since BWW has great food. No complaints there. Our server asked if any appetizers were being ordered, we said no and it took another 15-20 minutes for the server to come back to be able to order our main course. Being, because the server constantly disappeared and we would have to ask adjacent servers for any information. Like I said, no complaints about the food, came out hot and was great. But timing of said food and server attentiveness needs work. Will most likely be avoiding this spot for a meal in the future. Very unhappy with the experience we have had at this location the last couple times we’ve been there. I would suggest any of the restaurants across the street in the Elmwood Shopping Center, hell, even Applebee’s treats you like you should be at a restaurant. Personally, that speaks dividends to me, being another basic chain restaurant in the same area.

Ordered pick up last night. When I went to get it, I looked at the woman who packed the order Straight in the face and asked her if both fries in my veggie sticks were in the bag because they forgot them last time. She looked at me and said absolutely, sir. It’s all correct. I didn’t check it. Walked out. Got home didn’t have either. This place has consistently gotten to go orders wrong. I have no idea how this corporation continues to do business I’ve had shitty experiences all over the country with them.

Ordered a chicken wrap no tomatoes and wings which were received cold , got my food and it had tomatoes waitress said that they can remake but it’ll take some time to get your food back . Staff in back were going off will definitely be visiting another location. Last 3 times we’ve visited this location service has sucked. Hopefully they get new management !

We were a group of 10. We got there at 9 pm.They put two tables together and sat us down They didn’t take our drinks till 9:37 pm. We ordered immediately. We didn’t get our drinks 30 minutes later. The food took over an hour. The friend pickles were soggy and barely any (appetizer). They brought out food except for two my kids. It took them another 15 minutes for them to get their food. Mind you we didn’t get anything weird everything was basic (wings & burgers). Our checks were wrong. I’m honestly disappointed.

NEVER Again will I come to this location.. I visited here 3/22 @ 6:43 pm. It’s 8:00 pm and I still haven’t received my appetizer or my entree. There are people who are just coming in receiving their order. This is really ridiculous. One thing I HATE is my time wasted!!!!!
Onion rings burnt, fries cold, boneless wings were the only thing edible, but for an hour wait I expected them to be burning my tongue due to them coming straight out the grease!!!!!!!!
My entree came out before the appetizer.
The waitresses keep saying it’s coming and still nothing – also, the place is empty. Just close down at this point. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Warren and Alisa are the only ones who know what’s going on and how to do their jobs correctly. Don’t even bother ordering food, it’s unlikely you will get the correct order. The bartender has to leave the bar to go to kitchen to make food that the cooks neglect. Warren was very accommodating with our experience and made up for it by comping our food items that were wrong. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re just sitting at the bar drinking.

It’s your typical chain. But if you want to watch a sports game it’s a good place to stop in. This particular location isn’t too busy so it’s usually a quick turn around. Cheapish wings on Tuesday fir bonein and Thursday for boneless. They also have a decent selection of draft beers.

This place sux. they made me wait 20 min to sit me at the bar. the place is not even that busy, and the bartender Carla keeps complaining about ppl not showing up for work. but then I see employees are leaving, and then she states who is going to bring the food out. I just flew into town, and this is not like the Buffalo wild wings I’m used to in Fort Lauderdale. the bar is trashed. the guy next to me left 20 minutes ago, and his dirty dishes are still sitting on the bar. the guy next to me stated he waited 25 minutes for 10 wings. I had hopes of coming here every night that I’m in town, but this is making me reconsider going to restaurants around here.

I dined in on a Friday and was very taken aback by a couple of these servers that appeared to be arguing and meanwhile a female who look to be the manager was standing by just kind of watching them go at it as I heard racial slurs it appeared being said by one of the servers. I’ve been to this establishment numerous times and it seems that every time this manager is working she is not very friendly when I come in either with my children or a few friends. I would think that things are in better and at times it does appear to be a little run better when I see the other managers who pleasantly say hello. I really did not appreciate the language being thrown in or what I was hearing and no one seemed to care to reprimand the Server saying it . I will not come to that establishment when any of those people are working especially not that manager because there seems to be no control over some of the things that looks to be allowed to come out out of the servers mouths, or lack of attention.
